My First Beauty Wishlist Of 2019!

Hey beaut's!

It's been absolutely ages since I done a beauty wishlist and seeing as theres so much on my wishlist right now I thought it was the perfect time to get back on the wishlist train! Theres so many new things out at the moment and surprise, surprise they're all catching my eye, firstly the collaboration between Morphe and Jeffree Star is ticking all the right boxes for me, I mean just look how stunning those brushes and beauty sponges are, I need them in my life asap!

Urban Decay have a whole new brow collection out that I'm really wanting to try, I'm really into my brow products these days and I actually love sculpting my brows to perfection, it's become one of my favourite makeup steps and Urban Decay's whole collection looks amazing and the packaging is super pretty too! I'm a HUGE lover of Too Faced eyeshadow palettes as the quality is always incredible so the new Pretty Rich Diamond Light Palette was always going to go on my wishlist, and the fact it's shaped like a trinket box is just everything!

Soap & Glory's new haircare line is something else I'm chomping at the bit to try as well as Pixi's new Glow Glycolic Boost Sheet Masks, I bet their bloody epic! And Revolution as always have tonnes of new launches that I'm after trying but particularly I want to give their dual-ended liquid eyeshadows a whirl as they look beautiful!

Cute Affordable Christmas Gifts with Mad Beauty!

Hey beaut's!

Christmas is just 6 weeks away now and if your looking for ideas and inspiration on what to get people this year I have a few fun and quirky gifts to share with you all from Mad Beauty. Mad Beauty is a website which is the home of the Vintage Kellogg's range and the Never Too Old Disney Beauty range as well as a whole host of other beauty and cosmetics items, and theres even stationary and other accessories on the website too, so theres certainly something on there to suit most that you maybe gifting this Christmas.
Firstly let's kick things off with this cute 'under the tree' gift from the Kellogg's Vintage range, the Bath Stack* £8.99 contains everything you need for a bit of a pamper sesh and let's face it we all love a pampering during the winter months don't we. This sets comes with Bath Salts, a Body Scrub and a huge tub of Body Butter all in a lovely Christmas Cranberry scent which is super nice and festive and I absolutely love the vintage 70's vibe packaging, it's so cool and quirky!
I'm a bit of a hand sanitizer junkie so these Moisturising Santa & Friends Hand Sanitizers* (£2.99 each) would go down a treat in my stocking. These little cuties are so thin and compact so wont take up much room in your handbag and they smell incredible, the Santa one has a festive cranberry scent and the penguin one smells of cherry, yum!
You cant go wrong with bath bombs at Christmas and these Snowflake Bath Fizzers* £3.99 would be perfect for any bath loving gal or for someone who you think deserves abit of relaxation. You get two snowflake shaped fizzers in the pack that fizz away slowing leaving you with super soft, milky bath water!
Finally we have this adorable Snowflake Hand Cream Cracker* £4.99, I don't why but any present that comes in a cracker I just love, I think it's such a cute and super festive way to package presents. This hand cream is super moisturising and smells of fresh strawberries which is so yummy, I think this would make a perfect secret Santa gift or you could by a few and put them on the Christmas table instead of the generic crackers.

You can find all these Christmas gifts along with tonnes more on the Mad Beauty website HERE.

Have you bought any Christmas prezzies from Mad Beauty beaut's? Which ones did you go for? I'd love to know.

Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette Review

Hey beaut's!

It's no secret that I'm a HUGE Urban Decay fan, their Naked Eyeshadow Palettes are my absolute favourites and I cant tell you how many bottles of their all nighter makeup setting spray I've gone through, but there was still one of their Naked Palettes I was yet to try, the Naked Smoky Palette!
The Naked Smoky Palette* is loaded with all the essentials you need to create the perfect smoky eye. Theres 12 sultry, smoky neutral shades, including nine never-before-seen shades and three exclusives from past palettes, all in a mix of mattes, satins and metallics. Even though this is a Smoky Palette you can definitely achieve some gorgeous day looks as well as some killer smokey evening looks, it's definitely versatile!
The quality of all of the shades within the Smoky Palette certainly meet the usual Urban Decay standard, the matte shades aren't chalky at all and pick up on the brush well and the metallics are so intensely pigmented, their honestly as soft as butter to swatch. I only found one shade 'Whisky' slightly more tricky to blend, it just needed a little more work than the others for some strange reason, I have a feeling it could be my primer though. The lasting power iss amazing just like the usual Naked palettes and the shades are such a joy to work with.
Below is a list of the shade run down and some swatches!
High - a champagne shimmer with micro-glitter
Dirtysweet - a medium golden-bronze
Radar - a metallic bronze with iridescent micro-glitter
Armor - metallic silver-taupe with tonal sparkle
Slanted - a light metallic grey
Dagger - a medium charcoal/super dark navy with micro-shimmer
Black Market - a jet-black satin
Smolder - a deep plum-taupe satin
Password - a cool toned matte taupe
Whiskey -  a rich brown matte
Combust - a soft beige- pink matte
Thirteen - a light beige satin
As for the packaging.... I really like it! It has a cool floating smoke effect and the palette itself is made of heavy duty plastic which feels really robust, it's the same style packaging as the Naked Heat Palette which is slightly different to my other Naked Palettes which are in tins, but I prefer the change. It also comes with a full size mirror within the lid and a double-ended brush which is always appreciated.

Whether your a collector of Urban Decay Palettes or if you want to smoke up any eyeshadow look I cant recommend the Naked Smoky Palette enough, I think it will be a great addiction during the Autumn and Winter months too.

You can find the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette HERE for £39.50.

Crabtree & Evelyn's NEW Pomegranate & Argan Oil Range

Hey beaut's!

Keeping my body nourished is a must for me, I have dry skin so theres nothing my skin loves more than a huge dose of moisture and Crabtree & Evelyn's NEW Pomegranate & Argan Oil Range has been doing just that! Crabtree & Evelyn actually have six new naturally derived ranges too choose from, each one with a different scent and purpose, the Pomegranate & Argan Oil Range is specially designed to nourish so I knew straight away it would be right up my street. Theres 9 moisturising goodies to choose from in the Pomegranate & Argan Oil Range, I've been giving the Body Cream, Body Smoother and the Hand Therapy a whirl and the results so far have been amazing!
The Pomegranate & Argan Oil Body Smoother* (£20.00) is one of my favourites out of the collection, I'm such a sucker for a good body scrub and this one is so nice and feels super luxurious! The Body Smoother feels more like a thick cream with scrubby bit's within in it than a harsh scrub, it gently exfoliates and polishes my skin whilst I'm in the shower and conditions at the same time, leaving me with super soft, supple skin and theres not any dry flakiness in sight, I love it. I'd definitely recommend this if you have slightly sensitive skin because it works in more of a gentle way.
After using the Body Smoother in the bath or shower I always follow it up with the Pomegranate & Argan Oil Body Cream* (£28.00), this is the thickest body cream I've ever used and it's so deeply moisturising, I've honestly never tried anything so moisturising so if your a dry skinned gal like me then you HAVE to give this one a whirl. Because the formula of this body cream is so thick I find a little goes a long way and it seems to melt into the skin so quickly and never leaves a sticky residue thank goodness. I also have to add the scent of this collection is gorgeous, they all have warm fruity notes of orange, juicy pomegranate and sweet fig with the heat of ginger and black pepper spice, they all work so well together and smell so good.
I seem to go through hand cream like it's going out of fashion and I'm nearly half way through my Pomegranate & Argan Oil Hand Therapy* (£18.00) so as you can tell I love it!  The hand cream itself is white with a creamy consistency, it's enriched with Shea Butter, Ceramide and Moroccan Argan Oil which together make this a super moisturising hand cream. What I love about this hand cream is that it doesn't take long at all to soak into my hands, just like the body cream it literally melts into my skin and theres no sticky residue afterwards either, that's a huge pet hate of mine and so many hand creams leave my hands tacky after application so I'm so happy I don't have that problem with this one.

I feel like this range is so good to transition from Summer into the Autumn/Winter months because the scent is fruity but also warm and spicy, it's also going to be so so nourishing in the cooler months, overall I'm a fan!

You can find the full Pomegranate & Argan Oil Range on the Crabtree & Evelyn website HERE

Quick and Easy imPRESS Press-On Manicure

Hey beaut's!

If you've read my blog for a while now your'll probably already know that I bloody love imPRESS false nails, they have soooo many designs, lengths, shapes and pretty colours too choose from not to mention the application and removal process is so quick an easy, so I couldn't wait to give a couple more sets a whirl.
The first set of imPRESS nails that I couldn't wait to put on my nails where the Flash Mob* set. This set is made up of 30 nails in a gorgeous white design with an oval shape, theres some silver glitter nails to use as accents and even the cutest white nails with love written on them with a little pink heart, their so adorable. I have to say glitter press on nails are the way forward, I love having glittery accent nails but I'm always put off because it's so hard to remove glitter polish but these beauties save the day in that department.
The other imPRESS set I got are the Next Wave* set, again this set has 30 different sized nails to play with in mix of hot pink, chevron and silver glitter accent nails in an oval shape in a one-step gel finish! Theres lots of different sized nails to pick from so you can mix and match to get the best fit and once stuck on these babies are super durable so you can get the longest wear out of them.
Both sets of these imPRESS nails where a great length and shape for me too, I naturally have short, square nails so something that's a little bit longer than my own nails in the same sort of shape works best for me. I'd definitely recommend imPRESS nails if you have shorter nails, their super easy to wear and you can actually do things with them on, not like other nails I've tried which have been far too long for me. Their glue free and damage free too meaning you can apply them and remove them anywhere within a couple of minutes, making them a holiday/festival must have!

Are you a lover of press on nails beaut's? Which design is your favourite? I'd love to know!

You can find these imPRESS False Nails in Superdrug nationwide from 26th July for £7.99.

Top 5 Makeup Products Under £5!

Hey beaut's!

When it comes to make up I'm a real bargain hunter, of course I love fancy high end make up but my purse certainly doesn't he he, so I love it when I find absolute gems in the drugstore that are not only affordable but amazing in quality too. So today I thought I would share with you all my top five make up items that are all under £5.00, some I have even repurchased over and over!

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair £4.19
The Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer is hands down the best concealer I've ever tried from the high street, I even prefer it to some of the higher end concealers I own and I kid you not I've probably repurchased this concealer 10+ times over the years, I even use to buy it when Collection where called Collection 2000, I love it that much! It just has the most gorgeous creamy texture that blends beautifully and provides a medium to full coverage without looking cakey, it covers my blemishes, redness and dark under eye circles with ease and lasts all day without needing any touch ups, in a word its 'brillaint'!

Barry M Lip Liner in #15 Rose £2.99
As far as lip liners go I think Barry M have an amazing collection, theres lots of gorgeous shades to choose from and the formula is lovely, they are velvety soft to apply whilst still being firm enough to create precise lines and the texture once on the lips is stunning.

Miss Sporty Studio Lash The Miaoww Eye Liner £2.99
Like the Collection concealer the Miss Sporty Studio Lash The Miaoww Eye Liner is my all time favourite liquid liner and it came at a bit of a surprise to me to be honest, I picked it up on a total whim last year purely because it was only £2.99 and I loved the shape of it's nib, but Miss Sporty was a brand I never really bought anything from so I wasn't expecting much if I'm honest. However its absolutely amazing and one of the best high street liquid liners I've ever used, it's just so easy to apply and so precise and the formula is so inky black and long lasting. If your into liquid liner or even if your a newbie to liquid liner you definitely have to try this bad boy out!

Collection #BlushAndGlow Palette £4.99
The Collection #BlushAndGlow Palette is just so convenient and never leaves my makeup bag, it contains a matte bronzer, a matte pink blusher, a shimmering pink blusher and a neutral highlighter all of which work amazingly well and blend out beautifully. I must admit I only really use the bronzer and the shimmery blush all the time but the fact this palette is only £4.99, has four colour options to play with and the quality is so good I think its incredible.

Makeup Revolution Rose Gold Lipstick in Chauffeur £3.00
Lastly but in no means least is the Makeup Revolution Chauffeur Lipstick from their Rose Gold Collection, this is literally the perfect shade of nude for me and I must say it's the only nude lipstick that I've EVER really really liked that doesn't wash me out! The formulation of these rose gold lipsticks is amazing too, I have the collection and they are all super pigmented, long lasting and have a lovely satin finish which is my favourite, for £3.00 you certainly cant go wrong!

What are your favourite high street makeup products under £5.00 beaut's? I'd love to know!

Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush Review

Hey beaut's!

The weather in the UK just recently has been amazing and I've been loving that peachy-glowy makeup look, and one thing that's been helping me achieve that look is the gorgeous Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush in Apricot Jam so I thought I'd give it a cheeky review for you all today!
The Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush in Apricot Jam* comes cutely packaged in a good sized black plastic compact with a mirror which is always appreciated. Inside the compact your met by a stunning multi coloured blush brick that features peach, copper & gold pearlised pigments, in a little 'wheel like' triangular segment pattern. The aim of this compact is to give you that dewy, ‘fresh from the beach’ glowing skin and oh my goodness it does, it's so beautiful!
The formula and texture of the Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush is lovely, it's super pigmented, soft and finely milled with a light-reflecting, shimmery finish. On the back of the Peach Party Blush packaging it does say it can be used as a blush to make the apples of your cheeks glisten – or to highlight, contour and brighten your cheekbones, however I like to take large brush, swirl it around the entire wheel picking up every segment and use it only as a glowy blush, it applies on the cheeks beautifully without much blending needed and leaves me with a peachy-coral glow. I can see how you could use this as a highlighter because it is shimmery and light-reflecting, so if you like a peachy highlighter than you'll love this but I have no idea how anyone could use this to contour, even if I was to use the darker segments on there own they are way to shimmery and more bronzer like than a contour, but hey ho as a blush it's stunning.
If your looking for a peachy, glowy, radiant blush then the Soap & Glory Peach Party needs to go into your basket in Boots immediately. It's so pretty and is a definate summer makeup essential for me, it wears really well on me too (at least 8 hours), blends with ease and I think its definitely suitable for use with any complexion or skin tone too. I have feeling this little beauty will be lasting me a super long too because I have used mine so much and I haven't even schratched the surface of the product yet.

You can buy the Soap & Glory Peach Party Blush in Apricot Jam HERE for £11.00.

Tanya Burr Martha Moo Matte Lip Review

Hi beaut's!

I'm a huge Tanya Burr fan so when I heard she was launching a brand new cosmetics collection for the summer I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. The collection is called Soft Luxe which is all about romantic, neutral shades with subtle lilacs and pinks and consists of two eyeshadow palettes, Enchanted Dream and Birthday Suit, which contain all new colours, three matte nail polishes – New Chapter, Piggy Bank and Soft Pyjamas – and three matte lip colours – Martha Moo, Puppy Paws and Rhubarb and Custard. I ended up getting both of the eyeshadow palettes to try and one of her matte lip colours in Martha Moo which I'll be reviewing for you all today.
Martha Moo is a gorgeous deep nude with equal amounts of muted brown and dark pink running through it, I was so drawn to this shade because not only was it the most muted shade out fo the three but theres something quite 90's about it to me and I'm absolutely loving that trend at the moment. Formulation wise... it's lovely! It's a super intensely pigmented, lightweight cream that quickly dries down to a matte finish, what I will say is that until this lip colour is completely dry it does feel quite tacky and sticky on the lips but like I said before that does go when the lip colour is completely dry. I was slightly worried about how drying Martha Moo would be on my lips, like most I'm not a huge lover of that dry matte feeling however as much as Martha Moo does feel matte on the lips it isn't overly drying, it's comfortable to wear and very light on my lips. Scent wise it has a very light vanilla smell to it but nothing overpowering or strong, it certainly doesnt have that sweet scent like Tanya's lip glosses do but that doesnt bother me.
As for Martha Moo's wear time... well I was blown away by it, this stuff literally does not budge from my lips once it sets, It doesn't transfer or come off when I'm eating or drinking, that being said if I was to eat a large amount of greasy food I'm sure it would come off quickly as the grease would break it down but so far it's stayed put every time I've eaten. I can even give my boyfriend a cheeky peck on the lips and it doesn't budge or transfer onto him, so wear time for me gets a huge 10/10!
Overall if your a fan of liquid lipsticks then your going to love Tanya Burr's Martha Moo, it's lightweight, super opaque and doesnt need building up at all, long lasting and the shade is super pretty and for £5.99 you can go wrong really can you!

Have you tried any of Tanya Burr's new Soft Luxe Collection beaut's? What's your favourite product? I'd love to know!

Lush Comforter Bubble Bar Review

Hey beaut's!

I think it's no secret that I'm a HUGE Lush fan and their Comforter Bubble Bar is one of my all time favourites that I've repurchased over and over again, but can you believe I have never reviewed it on my blog, I know naughty Hayley he he.

The Comforter Bubble Bar is one of the more pricey bubble bars from Lush coming in at £4.95 but considering it's huge size I think its totally worth it and such great value for money, the chunk I had this time around was super thick and bigger than my entire hand which meant I could break it off into chunks and get quite a few baths out of it, I actually quartered mine and had four baths from it which is such good value.

As well as creating pretty pink water and lots of soft fluffy bubbles, the most impressive aspect of the Comforter for me is it's gorgeous scent, it contains Cassis absolute which gives it such a sweet and distinctive blackcurrant fragrance, ahhhh it's soooo nice, while the added bergamot oil gives it an uplifting feel great for someone who needs and little pick me up of if you like a morning bath to wake you up a bit! Something I love to do whilst bathing in the water from this bubble bar is washing my hair, honestly my hair holds the Comforter scent for two-ish days and it's just divine, you have to try washing your hair in your Lush baths beaut's, it's amazing!
Overall I'd highly recommend giving the Comforter a whirl if you've never tried it before, trust me it will soon become a favourite of yours. I just love it's sweet, berry like scent and the pink and white colouring of the bubble bar itself creates such pretty pink water and LOADS of bubbles, my skin always feels so soft and nourished after using the Comforter too.

Is the Comforter your favourite bubble bar beaut's? I'd love to know!

NEW Imperial Leather Raspberry & Pomegranate Shower Gel Review

Hey beaut's!

You may already know that I'm pretty much obsessed with Imperial Leathers 'Sweets' range of shower gels, so when I heard that they had recently added a new scent to their original line of showers gels I couldn't wait to give it a whirl.

Imperial Leathers latest shower gel release is the Uplifting Raspberry and Pomegranate* scent and oh my goodness it literally smells like heaven and its so nice for the Summer, it's so fruity and sweet with strong berry notes running through it, and is great for those who like morning showers because it's so uplifting, refreshing and leaves your skin smelling amazing!

As far as shower gels go Uplifting Raspberry and Pomegranate is pretty good and does get the job done, it lathers up really well when used with a loofah and feels so soft and creamy against my skin whilst I'm washing. If your looking for a shower gel with hydrating qualities then Uplifting Raspberry and Pomegranate wont be for you, whilst it never dried my skin out at all it is just a normal shower gel but with an amazing scent that lingers on the skin.

Overall Imperial Leather's new Uplifting Raspberry & Pomegranate Shower Gel is an absolute hit with me and even my boyfriends been using it everyday and has been loving it too so it's definitely family friendly. So if your looking for a gorgeously fruity yet sweet shower gel this summer beaut's then you just have to try this new scent, it's so yummy. I'd also highly recommend their Sweets range too if you haven't tried it yet!

Christmas Beauty Baubles ♥

Hey beaut's!

This year I've noticed that so many brands have jumped on the Christmas tree bauble bandwagon so I just had to share my top picks with you all. Personally I think beauty baubles work amazingly well as stocking fillers or for secret Santa's because they are all reasonably priced but still great little gifts at the same time that most beauty lovers would enjoy. My favourites out of all the baubles that I've featured in this post would have to be the No7 Star because it just looks so festive and contains a full size No7 Nail Polish in the shade Milan which is a pink shimmery shade that looks beautiful, the Yankee Candle bauble because I'm candle obsessed and I love the fact it contains three wax tarts in festive scents and lastly the Too Faced Better Than Sex Bauble because it just looks so girlie's and cute and the mascara sounds amazing!

Whats In My Norwich Blogger Event Goody Bag?

Hey beaut's!

I recently attended my very first blogging event with my girlie Kate from Kates Closet so I thought I'd tell you all about it today and share with you all what I got in my goody bag he he. The event was in Norwich which was so convenient for me and Kate as we live close by and was held in the intimate Aroma Cafe/Bar and organised by the lovely Norwich Blogger girls, better know as Courteney, Hannah and Justine. As soon as we arrived I was greeted by Hannah with a goody bag and yummy Halloween themed cupcakes, we then chatted amongst ourselves before MUA Charlie Long began her makeup presentations. Charlie created two looks in total, one of which was a pink eye and matching lip and the second was Halloween themed where she transformed Courteney into Poison Ivy.
The goody bag was crammed full goodies including a Real Techniques Silicone Liner Brush, Nanshy 4 in 1 Blending Sponge, Eco Tools Stippling Brush, Wild About Beauty Lip Balm, Kiss Fake Lashes, Virtue Ice Tea, Yves Rocher 3 in 1 Shampoo, some Witch samples , two I Love... Perfectly Peach samples, Lipcote and two Daily Cultures Tea samples....Wowza, now that's a heck of a lot of goodies and everything came in a cute re-usable 'The Blogger Programme' tote bag.

Thank you so much for inviting me girls and for organising the whole thing, I had a great time and it was so lovely meeting you all in person rather than just existing on the inter-webs he he.
