Soap & Glory Christmas Gifts 2019

Hey beaut's!

Soap & Glory always sleighhhh when it comes to Christmas gifts, and lets face it - Christmas just isn't Christmas without some Soap & Glory under the tree! This year theres everything from bath and body sets that range from big to small in all of the popular Soap and Glory scents, theres skincare sets containing the amazing Soap and Glory face masks, makeup gifts and mega cute stocking fillers and beauty baubles! Prices range from £5.00 all the way up to £60.00 for the huge set that Soap and Glory do every year, theres such a good variety this year!

Soap & Glory have two tin style gift sets to pick from this year which are just £10.00 each making them amazing budget gifts or secret Santa's for your work budget, the Original Pink Collection (which is an absolute classic S&G scent) contains four travel sized favourites - Clean On Me, Hand Food, Scrub Of Your Life and The Righteous Butter, theres also a Bright + Beautiful Sheet Mask which I think is such a nice addiction!
A fab set to buy someone who's maybe new to Soap & Glory is their Holiday Heroes Gift Set, it contains 6 products which really show off what S&G have to offer from bath and body, to hair and even skincare! Theres 5 travel sized products within this set including Clean On Me, Hand Food, The Righteous Butter, a 3-in-1 Daily Vitamin C Facial Wash and a Rushower Scent-sational Dry Shampoo, and they've included a pack of the Puffy Eye Attack Under-eye Brightening Hydrogel Patches, now you can probably see why I said it would be perfect for a S&G newbie! I also love that everything comes in a little travel bag which can be re-used over and over. I've actually already bought one of these sets for someone for Christmas as I think it's the perfect prezzie and for £12.50 you cant go wrong!
If your looking more for stocking fillers then Soap & Glory have quite a lot of choice this year but my favourite has to be the 'A Christmas Quacker' bath bomb! This super-size fizz-a-ball bath fizzer has the most amazing festive fragrance which fills your bathroom with the scent of Christmas, and once the bomb dissolves it reveals a hidden floating duck soap inside, how amazing is that!!

Something very exciting for Soap & Glory's Christmas collection this year is that they collaborated with Wonder Woman on some of their gift sets which let's face it - is pretty epic! Their 'Wonderful Face' Palette (£12.50) is just one of the amazing gifts that's on offer ( I need the brush set in my life asap though), the palette opens up to reveal four eye shadows, two blushers, one bronzer and a highlighter, you will be gorgeous and glowy all festive season long!

Do you have your eye on anything from Soap and Glory's Christmas collection beaut's? Or are you gifting anyone any of these prezzies? I'd love to know!

Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Review

Hey beaut's!

I'm always on the hunt for a good yet gentle eye makeup remover, I wear quite heavy makeup on my eyeballs such as my glittery shadow and I wont go anywhere without my trusty winged liner on so I need a good remover that is gentle enough to not sting but is strong enough to actually remove my eye makeup with ease, so the new Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Makeup Remover launched at the right time, as I was on the look out for something new to try!
The Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Makeup Remover claims to melt away makeup, even the most stubborn including waterproof mascara without leaving any residue behind and is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive like myself. The remover has a clear, jelly-like formula that provides a trio of benefits - it soothes, cools and reduces the appearance of puffiness around the delicate eye area. And if that wasn't enough it's packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and green tea.
To use the remover I like pop a small amount of the jelly-formula on a mini wash sponge (a cotton wool pad works just as well) and hold it against my eye for a few seconds to really let the remover break down the makeup, I then simply swipe away outwards and voila! This stuff has quickly become my new favourite, I was shocked that the remover didn't sting or irritate my eyes at all, this a major bonus for me because more or less every eye makeup remover I've tried has stung quite badly, but this is super gentle. It also done a really good job at breaking down my makeup and removing it really quickly, it only took a couple of swipes of each eye before all my makeup was removed, and the formula is really refreshing because it feels so cooling - like it's been in the fridge - making it amazing to use in the mornings if your eyes are a little puffy and are in need of a little pick me up!

You can find the new Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Makeup Remover in Boots for £5.00 HERE.

Soap & Glory Pout About It Hydrogel Lip Mask Review

Hey beaut's!

It's no secret that I absolutely LOVE Soap & Glory, their bath and body products are always re-purchased by me ( put your hands up if you cant live without a bit of Sugar Crush in your life he he) and when it comes to skincare their sheet masks are my absolute favourites, so when I saw that Soap & Glory had a new mask on the block I was intrigued! This time around forget your face it's all about the pout as they've launched the 'Pout About It' Hydrogel Lip Mask!

I'm totally new to lip masks, yup I've never tried one in my life but my goodness my lips where in need of some TLC, the colder weather always makes my lips dryer than the Sahara desert which is not good if your a lipstick loving gal like myself, so a dose of moisture was well needed!
The 'Pout About It' Hydrogel Lip Mask aims to instantly smooth the lips, reduce lines and deliver a boost of moisturisation for up to 6 hours after use. The mask is also enriched with hyaluronic acid and coconut water which leaves your lips looking fuller, plump and totally instagrammable, of course. To use the mask all you have to do is pull off the backing sheet and then place the 'lip shaped' mask over your pout and sit back and relax for the next 10-20 minutes, it's as simple as that! Whilst the mask was on it was comfortable and it adhered to my lips well and never slipped off which was something I was worried about, but nope - it stayed put! It also has the most beautiful scent of sweet coconut and shea butter, it's divine!
Afterwards I couldn't believe the instant results, my lips felt so nourished and smooth creating the perfect base for any lip product, they also looked slightly fuller and where definitely plumped up slightly because the fine lines I have on my lips really appeared either smoothed out of just plumped out! But it's the moisturisation quality that's impressed me the most, I've never used anything like it that has hydrated my lips so well, it's incredible! If your lips are in need of a moisture boost then you need to give this mask a whirl, it would also be amazing to use before going out to any of those Christmas parties coming up because it really does make a huge difference to how your lips appear!

You can buy the lip mask from Boots for just £3.50 HERE!

Soap & Glory's Summer Launches 2019!

 Hey beaut's!

Soap and Glory always win when it comes to their body lotions and potions, I've been a massive fan for years so whenever something new hits the shelves I cant wait to give it go. The latest launch in question is called 'Call Of Fruity', a summery collection scented with notes of blissful bergamot, creamy coconut, juicy melon and dewy gardenia, it's truly a scent straight from paradise!
The Call Of Fruity collection consists of the usual Soap & Glory holy grails such as a body scrub, a gorgeous body butter, body wash and of course hand food but Soap & Glory have also adding some brand new products to this collection....The Cooling All Girls Crackling Moisture Mousse* and the Paradise Glossed Moisturising Body Oil*.

The Cooling All Girls Crackling Moisture Mousse (£8.00) is so unique and unlike anything I've tried before, it's a lightweight mousse moisturiser which snaps, crackles and pops upon contact with your skin giving you an instant cool feeling as well as feeling moisturised! What I love about this product is that it has a super absorbent formula which means it rubs into the skin in seconds leaving the skin feeling hydrated as well as smelling heavenly, it honestly has that tropical holiday scent to it which I love and it really lasts on the skin, literally anyone you walk past gets a whiff of this gorgeous stuff!
Theres finally a shimmer of hope for us dry skinned gals that love a body oil, Soap & Glory's Paradise Glossed Moisturising Body Oil (£7.50) has been a god send for me, especially on the old elbows and knees. The body oil itself is packed with coconut and almond oils that not only nourish the skin but leave a gorgeous satin-soft glow which is super lightweight and never feels greasy. The oils are actually separated within the spray bottle so you need to give it a good shake before use but once you get spraying you'll be addicted, this is the perfect holiday oil in my opinion and that call of fruity scent is just...scent-sational!

You can find the new Soap & Glory Call Of Fruity Collection in store or online at Boots HERE.

Soap & Glory's Haircare Range!

Hey beaut's!

Soap and Glory have recently delved into the depths of all things hair, yup they now have shampoo's, conditioner's, a styling oil, leave in conditioner...the lot! Being the HUGE Soap & Glory lover that I am I couldn't wait to try some of the haircare range out for myself and get that classic pink scent running through my locks, I already LOVE their dry shampoo so I had very high hopes for the rest of the collection!
The first thing I gave a whirl was their JUNK THE GUNK Charcoal Scalp Exfoliating Shampoo £7.50, this is the perfect shampoo to use if you get a lot of product build up in your hair and you want your hair ultra-cleansed! Now I'm not going to lie it's quite strange using this shampoo at first, to begin with the formula of the shampoo itself is black which I've never seen before in a shampoo, I don't know if it's because I've been living under and rock or if this whole charcoal shampoo is a new thing but yeah - I was quite surprised when I first squirted it out of the tube! Also because it's an exfoliating shampoo it contains apricot seed exfoliators which feel much like a body scrub but for your hair, which again felt so strange lathered up with lots of scrubby bit's within my hair! What I will say is that this shampoo does exactly what it says on the tin (or tube lol), it breaks down that build up, banishes impurities and refreshes the scalp leaving my hair feeling amazing and smelling so good! The only negative I have is that if you have long, thick hair like me it does takes a while to completely rinse the scrubby bit's out, other than that it's amazing!

Obviously after the shampoo I needed to follow up with a conditioner so I slathered on the WONDITIONER Intensive Conditioning Pink Clay Hair Mask £9.00, this is enriched with mineral-rich pink clay, shea, cocoa butter AND argan oil which deeply conditions and revitalises your hair, and it has that famous Soap & Glory pink scent running through it so your hair is left smelling absolutely glorious, honestly I was swishing my hair around all day after using this, it's so lush! Because this is more of a hair mask you leave it on for around 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly to get ultimate conditioning results, if like me you want to use it as a conditioner as well as a mask then just leave it on for a minute or two instead of a good 5 mins, it leaves my hair so soft, shiny with no dryness in sight.
Finally I've been trying out then CONTROL SLEEK  Heat-Activated Smoothing Cream £9.00, this stuff really intrigued me because my everyday hair style is a straight, sleek look so I couldn't wait to put this to the test. To use the smoothing cream you just need to whack a small amount through freshly washed towel dried hair and comb through to the ends, then blow dry your hair until it's completely dry. To really activate the cream, use your straighteners to really smooth and straighten your hair and you will notice it goes super sleek. What I love about this product is that it does not need to be used after each wash, the effect will actually get better the more times you heat activate the hair which is super impressive and means less product wastage. If you have problems with frizzy, unruly hair then I cant recommend this enough, and if your after that sleek, super straight look this product is what you need, it doesn't weigh the hair down either or leave a product film over your hair which is a bonus!

Have you tried any of the Soap & Glory haircare range yet beaut's? What products should I try next? I'd some recommendations!

Soap & Glory The Rushower Dry Shampoo Review

Hey beaut's!

Soap and Glory have recently delved into the depths of all things hair, yup they now have shampoo's, conditioner's, a styling oil, leave in conditioner...the lot! I'm definitely going to be trying out the shampoo soon but firstly I wanted to give their dry shampoo a whirl! I do love a good dry shampoo for those in between days and also it works wonders when I wave or curl my hair as it gives me added texture, so I was looking forward to putting Soap & Glory's offering to the test!

The Soap & Glory 'The Rushower' Dry Shampoo claims to instantly refresh and revive your hair and to be honest that is exactly what it does, when my hairs looking a bit drab it gives it such a lift and shine and leaves my hair looking really fresh and feeling soft. The product itself jets out of the can pretty rapidly and smells absolutely divine, it features Soap and Glory's signature pink scent of Rose and Bergamot which I've always adored in their body products and I love it even more within my hair, it's lush!
The Rushower claims to be invisible for all hair types once massaged into the roots and I must admit I've never had any problems with residue or the dreaded 'talc scalp' look, I do have quite light-ashy coloured hair so I cant speak for someone with quite dark or black hair but for me it works really well. Overall I think Soap & Glory have made a really nice dry shampoo here and I honestly don't have one negative to say about it, I'm expecting amazing things from the rest of their haircare range now!

You can find the Soap & Glory The Rushower Dry Shampoo for £4.00 HERE however it is on offer right now at just £2.67 as part of an introductory offer along with the rest of the haircare line!

Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Under-Eye Mask Review!

Hey beaut's!

Recently I've been giving all of Soap & Glory's face masks a whirl because I got their fab face mask gift set for Christmas and I've been so impressed so far, you can read about what I thought of their moisturising mask HERE if you like! This time around I decided to give their Puffy Eye Attack eye mask a whirl and thought I'd share how I got on with you all today!

I haven't really used a great deal of eye masks before, face masks yes - I've tried every variation of those as I do love a good face mask, but eye masks are pretty new to me so I was really looking forward to trying these! The Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Under-Eye Brightening Hydrogel Patches are said to refresh and revitalise tired, puffy eyes which is exactly what I need before my early starts at work I tell ya! The patches their selves are little gel under-eye patches which are soaked in a jelly serum and fit perfectly under my eyes and adhered well without falling off, they didn't sting at all when they where on either which I was happy about because my eyes can be quite sensitive sometimes, they did however feel a little bit cooling when they where on which I liked but if I was to buy them again I'd store mine in the fridge for that ultimate cooling sensation. The directions suggest leaving the patches on for 20-30 minutes, I left mine on for around 20 minutes because I wanted to get on and put my makeup on, and I have to say after using these little beauties I do like really them, they do exactly what they claim to and make my under-eyes look brighter, more awake, less puffy and because I done my makeup straight afterwards I found my concealer went on and looked incredible after using these, honestly my concealer has never looked so good!

Overall I would definitely buy the Puffy Eye Attack Under-Eye Patches again, I think their best used in the mornings when your tired eyes need a bit of a boost but equally you could use them in the evening after a long, tiring day at work too. I whacked mine on whilst I was doing my morning scroll through the ole socials and they worked an absolute treat!

Soap & Glory Speed Plump Miracle Moisture Mask Review

Hey beaut's!

I love a good ole girl pamper night with plenty of choccies, Netflix on the go, nail polish and of course a face mask, and seeing as I got the Soap & Glory Face Mask gift set for Christmas and my skin was in need of a huge dose of moisture I decided to give the Speed Plump Miracle Moisture Mask that came in the gift set a whirl!

The Soap & Glory Speed Plump Miracle Moisture Mask is a hydrgel mask formulated to help smooth and hydrate the skin. The mask itself comes in two pieces so you can fit it perfectly to your face, theres a top half  for around your forehead and nose area and theres a bottom half for around your mouth and chin. Once it's on it does give the illusion of a sheet mask, its so fuss and mess free as you just whack it on straight out of the packet, leave it for 20-30 minutes and simply peel it off to remove it without any need of scrubbing or rinsing, perfect!
The Speed Plump Miracle Moisture Mask is definitely best suited to those with very dry and dehydrated skin, perfect for this time of the year when your skin really needs a moisture boost, just like mine did! The mask is actually jam packed with super moisturisers including the wonder stuff  hyaluronic acid, plus rose, peony flower root and safflower plant extracts which work together to leave you skin instantly moisturised! I have to say after giving this mask a whirl I can confirm that it definitely gave my skin the moisture boost that it needed, my skin looked so glowy, refreshed and healthy afterwards as well as super moisturised and nourished and it felt really smooth too. There was also plenty of serum left in the sachet after I took my mask off so I rubbed some of that into my skin as well, waste not... want not! The mask also smells amazing, just like a fresh juicy orange which is so refreshing!

Overall I really enjoyed using this mask and it done exactly what it said on the tin or should I say sachet! This is actually the third mask I've tried out of my Soap & Glory gift set and I have to say I have LOVED all three so far, I'd go as far as to say Soap & Glory's masks are my absolute favourite on the high street and I think they feel so luxurious and expensive, yesss Soap & Glory!

Get The 'Heel Deal' With Soap & Glory!

Hey beaut's!

Finally it's felt slightly tropical here in the UK, we've been basking in the sunshine, whacking those burgers on the barbie and getting our flip flops back out, yayyyy! Now getting our flip flops back out again is all well and good but lets face it, after a long winter our tootsies are in need of some pampering, well I know mine certainly are, so it's Soap and Glory to the rescue!
The first essential step for me to get my feet looking half decent is getting rid of any dry, hard, flaky skin, gross I know - but we all get it girls! Soap & Glory's Heel Deal Foot File* (£9.00) is perfect for buffing all that lovely stuff away, it has three different filing heads for the ultimate pedi-'cure', did you see what I did there he he. You simply use the bumpy side for removing rough skin, the flat side for the final buff and then the handy little pull out file which is hidden within the handle of the foot file can be used for smoothing between the toes. It does such an awesome job and actually feels quite therapeutic to me, I have no idea why but it does!

After smoothing out my tootsies I like to slather them in Heel Genius! I've been a HUGE fan of Soap & Glory's Heel Genius Foot Cream* (£5.50) for years because it's literally the best foot cream I've ever come across! It has a blue, gel like consistency which applies quite thickly to the feet at first but then becomes more like a cream as your rubbing it into your feet, it's so nourishing and instantly makes me feet look and feel moisturised, it also has a fruity fragrance with a hint of mint which is so refreshing for your tootsies.
If your feet really need a huge dose of moisture and your looking for more of an overnight treatment then apply a super thick layer of the Heel Genius to your feet - I'm talking slip-hazard thick- and then pop on the Heel Deal Snooze Socks* (£7.00) and blow up the Zzzzz's! These cotton-rich, moisturiser-enhancing little socks help to boost the effects of the Heel Genius moisturiser so when you wake up in the morning you will feel like you have a new pair of feet he he, it's honestly like magic!

You can find all of the Soap & Glory products exclusively in-store at Boots or online HERE.

Soap & Glory Bright + Beautiful Radiance-Boosting Mask Review

Hey beaut's!

I love a good ole girl pamper night with plenty of choccies, a chick flick, nail polish and of course a face mask and recently when I needed a bit of a 'pick me up' I decided to give the Soap & Glory Bright + Beautiful Radiance-Boosting Mask a whirl. It's no secret that I bloody LOVE  Soap & Glory but oddly I hadn't tried any of their face masks despite them being released last year so it was definitely about time I tried try one.

The Soap & Glory Bright + Beautiful Radiance-Boosting Mask is actually a sheet mask which are my absolute favourite type of face mask, their so easy to use as well as being fuss and mess free, all you have to do is simply remove it from the packaging, whack it on your face until you look scary and then terrify everyone who you live with for 15-20 minutes, and then simply peel it off to remove it without any need of scrubbing or rinsing, perfect!

The Bright + Beautiful Mask is best suited for dull, lacklustre skin which is in need of a radiance boost and a bit of recovery from the night before he he. It has been enriched with Vitamin C, White Flower brightening complex, Rooibis Tea Extract as well as Gotu Kola Extract which work together to bring life back to the skin as well as an awakening boost and a refreshing, moisturising glow. I have to say after giving this mask a whirl I can confirm that it definitely gave my skin the pick me up that it needed, my skin looked glowy, refreshed and healthy afterwards as well as nourished and it felt super smooth too. Whilst the mask was on I noticed its was absolutely drenched in serum, personally I love this because once you take the mask off theres still plenty of serum left on my face to rub into my skin, so my skin really gets all the benefits, it also smells amazing just like grapefruit, it's super yummy!

Overall I really enjoyed using this mask and it done exactly what it said on the tin or should I say sachet, I definitely want to try some of the other Soap & Glory face masks now, they even have an eye mask too which I'm really intrigued by.

You can find the Soap & Glory Bright + Beautiful Radiance-Boosting Mask for £3.50 HERE.
