Halloween Beauty with KISS!

Grab your pumpkins, face paint and best Halloween costume, because on the 31st October something is about to go bump in the night. Whether you’re off to a Halloween party this year or just looking to add a spooky, mesmerising element to your look, then look no further because I have just the lashes and nails that will have you looking fierce this Halloween in a matter of seconds!

It's no shocker that I adore KISS and imPress nails, they have soooo many designs, lengths, shapes and pretty colours too choose from not to mention the application and removal process is so quick an easy, so an occasion like Halloween gave me the perfect excuse to try some darker styles that I might not usually go for! 

Firstly I have the Power Up set, these are so pretty and maybe on the safer side for Halloween, perfect for someone who doesn't want to go too dark and vampy! The set is made up of 30 nails in a mix of mysterious purple and duo chrome nails, theres lots of different sized nails to pick from so you can mix and match to get the best fit and once stuck on these babies are waterproof so you can get the longest wear out of them. The second set of KISS nails I have are the Glam Fantasy nails in Wake Up Call, these are much more spooky but still gorgeous! Within this set you get 28 nails in a mix of the deepest darkest forest blue matte nails and some stunning diamond FX 3D beauties that add a textured effect! With this particular set you get two options for the application process, theres nail glue so you can glue the nails on if you wish, or theres mega adhesive tabs so you can apply them just like the imPRESS ones - which is my favourite way and definitely better for the nails because you can just peel them off safely once your done with them.

If you want fierce looking lashes then the KISS Lash Couture Faux Mink Lashes in Midnight (£7.99) are perfect! I've actually tried a few different styles of the KISS faux mink lashes previously and have always loved them, their layered up with multiple lengths, curls and angles for a full fluttery look without looking too fake and they are contact lense friendly which is great news for contacts wearers and can be reused up to 10 times when you look after them. The Midnight set feature wispy edges and lots of different lengths which blend in with my natural lashes really well, their really comfortable to wear and look epic with smokey Halloween looks!

Press On Pedicure By Kiss imPRESS!

If you've read my blog for a while now you'll probably already know that I bloody love Kiss imPRESS false nails, they have soooo many designs, lengths, shapes and pretty colours too choose from not to mention the application and removal process is so quick an easy! Recently imPRESS have added Press-On Pedicures to their collection...yes I did say a press-on pedi, and I was so intrigued and had to try a set out for myself!

I have the imPRESS Press-On Pedicure in the style High Tide which is your classic french style with a nude base and white tips, I love this style because their perfect for any season or occasion and go with pretty much any outfit or footwear that you might be wearing! The pack itself contains 24 nails in a variation if different sizes so you can get the perfect fit for your nails, and realistically you can get two full applications out of each set depending on sizing which is pretty good!

Now I'm not going to lie putting press on nails onto your toes does feel slightly weird at first but my goodness the results are fab... the application process is so quick, theres no faffing about with a nail polish or waiting around for your toe nails to dry and your toes instantly look perfect and sandal ready! I also found the nails lasted so long on my toes, and they honestly look like I've had them professionally done!

If you want to give you feet some love this Summer then I cant recommend the press-on pedicures by imPRESS enough, their so quick and easy - literally anyone can whack these on with ease - I really want to get a couple of the glittery packs now, they actually have some cracking designs available!

Summer Nails From Elegant Touch!

I bloody love a false nail or two, I have such short, square, stubby nails naturally so anything that's going to make them look longer and super pretty I'm all over! I think the Summer months are when I like my nails looking their best, I love bright-bold colours, glitters, pretty patterns-the lot, so thank goodness Elegant Touch have so many different nail styles to choose from!

I have always been a bit afraid glue on false nails because of the damage they can cause to your natural nails however the Elegant Touch Nail Saviour packs are an absolute game changer for me! The Elegant Touch Nail Saviour packs not only contain your falsies but also a bottle of the Nail Saviour Protective Base Coat, you pop a coat of this gorgeous stuff on your natural nails before you glue your falsies in place and it creates a protective layer between your natural nails and the glue, this means theres never any actual contact between the two, genius right! I have the Iridescent Blush* set (£9.95) here which is so pretty, their pale pink nails with a really striking iridescent shift to them! The pack contains 24 stiletto shaped nails that come in 10 different sizes to get the best, most comfortable fit for you!  

Another set I'm literally living for right now is the Chrome 2.0 Set in Silver Siren* (£9.95)! If your into extremely glittery nails these could be for you because they are the most twinkly, glittery nails with a metallic foil finish, I've honestly never seen such twinkly glitter nails in my life! Again these come in the popular stiletto shape and contain 24 nails in 12 different sizes for the best fit! I will say stiletto nails are so striking but they do take some getting used to when you have very short natural nails to begin with, after an hour or so I was used to them and they are extremely comfortable to wear! You can also use the Nail Saviour Protective Base Coat with this set of falsies too to keep your natural nails all healthy!

If you hate the gluing process then the Elegant Touch Insta Nails will be right up your street, and I must admit their my favourites! The Insta Nails are pre-glued and can literally be applied anywhere at anytime in less than 3 minutes, yup it's that quick and fuss free! I have the set Pink Cadillac* (£9.99) which have fancy pink tips and bold metal cuticles which look so cool and are a design I'd never be able to achieve myself by painting my nails! The pack contains 24 nails in a stiletto shape, the stiletto shape of these ones though are slightly shorter than the two above so if your getting used to that particular shape of nail this set could be a great starter set for you!

Elegant Touch InstaNails Reviewed!

If you've read my blog for a while now you'll probably already know that I bloody love a false nail or two, I have such short, square, stubby nails naturally so anything that's going to make them look longer and super pretty I'm all over! Recently Elegant Touch launched their InstaNails collection, a range of falsies that will have your nails looking insta-worthy in just 3 minutes, yup I'll take 50 sets thanks he he! 

The Elegant Touch InstaNails Collection consists of six kick ass new designs that's are pre-glued for the quickest, easiest, mess free application! The three styles I have been trying are..

Spring Fling* – A nude oval nail finished with pretty iridescent rhinestones and gold studs.

Summer Siesta* – Ahhh my favourite set, these are bright red stiletto shaped nails with gold glitter accents and gold gems.

Vacay Vibes* – A hot pink matte nail in the popular stiletto shape, these ones are almost fluorescent.

Each packet of Elegant Touch InstaNails comes with 24 pre-glued nails in 10 different sizes so you can mix and match to get the perfect fit for you. Personally I LOVE the fact these are pre-glued nails because their my absolute favourite, I hate the whole gluing process because a - it takes longer, b - they are a pain in the butt to remove and c - they always leave your natural nails looking like a complete wreck afterwards but the pre-glued stick on ones are damage free and you can whack them on literally anywhere. Lasting power is great with these ones too, they hold up on my nails for around 3 days without chipping at all, I also love how salon worthy they look, the designs literally look like a professional has spent ages on your nails when in reality you've just whacked them on in a couple of minutes!

I really cant recommend these nails enough, their super quick an easy to apply, they fit my nails perfectly and are nice and comfortable, their not too long for me so I can still un-do that top button on my jeans lol and the designs are just stunning!

KISS Gel Fantasy Nails Review

 I haven't been blessed with the best natural nails, mine are so short, square and stubby so I love to fake it from time to time and KISS nails are always my first port of call, they just have so many pretty designs and colours to choose from that I can never resist and their Gel Fantasy range is one of my favourites!

The KISS Gel Fantasy nails honestly look salon worthy to me, their super glossy and hard wearing and the glitter designs on some of them look exactly like what you would get in the salon, their gorgeous! The four styles I've been trying are...
 Faux Real* - These are my favourites and the ones I whacked on my nails as soon as I got them, they are super sparkly nails with squared off tips and a shorter design - perfect for me! I've had so many complements on these ones too because their just so sparkly and pretty!
Fanciful* - Again another favourite set of mine, these ones are nude with super twinkly gradient style glitter tips, these also have the squared of design that I love!
Lit Within*- This set have a more natural oval shape to them and are in the prettiest baby pink colour.
Ab Fab* - These are quite a dramatic set of nails in a deep brown shade but they have an almost dark burgundy sheen to them in certain lights, they're super pretty and would work well on a night out!
Each packet of Gel Fantasy nails contains 24-28 nails in different sizes so you can mix and match to get the best fit for you, theres also a little nail file and manicure stick within the box too. What's great about the gel fantasy nails is that you get two options for the application process, theres nail glue so you can glue the nails on if you wish, or theres mega adhesive tabs so you can apply them just like the imPRESS ones - which is my favourite way and definitely better for the nails because you can just peel them off safely once your done with them without the risk of damaging the natural nail. Lasting power is great with these ones but I do find the glue holds up better than the sticky tabs, if I want my nails to really stay put for a while then I use the glue as that lasts over a week on me but I like using the tabs for special occasions when I know I don't need the nails to stay on long!

Elegant Touch Nocturnal Dreams Collection Reviewed!

It's no secret that I love a good false nail mainly because I haven't been blessed with the best natural nails, mine are so short, square and stubby so I love to fake it from time to time and Elegant Touch are always my first port of call, they just have so many pretty designs and colours to choose from that I can never resist and their new limited edition Nocturnal Dreams is lovely!

The Elegant Touch Nocturnal Dreams Collection consists of four gorgeous designs that fuse romantic night-time hues with dreamy out of this world metallic finishes, perfect for keeping our nails on trend without the faff of buffing on chrome powders or the headache of removing shimmers and metallic's! 

I've been giving two of the four sets a whirl recently and I am totally obsessed with them, firstly I tried the Moonstruck* set which are a lovely - easy to wear - oval shape with a silver sheen finish which have been inspired by silvery moonlight. The second set I have is the Darkest Hour* set, these come in the popular stiletto shape and have an intense charcoal shimmer finish but also look the deepest green in some lights, these are 'night out on the town' nails for me and I love them!

The Elegant Touch Chrome Collection consists of four gorgeous designs perfect for keeping our nails on trend without the faff of buffing on chrome powders! I've been giving two of the four sets a whirl recently and I am totally obsessed with them, one of the sets in particular called Chrome Kisses leaves me with love hearts in my eyes every time I look at them, their so pretty!

The Chrome Kisses* set have the popular stiletto shape with the most gorgeous peachy-pink holographic finish, in some lights they even look rose gold, I love them so much! The other set I have are the Molten Madame* set, these again have the stiletto shape and have a pearly/oyster colouring with a pinky holographic mirrored finish, these are perfect if you want more of an understated chrome nail!

 Overall these are such a winner for me, as I said before my nails are so short and never grow and theres no way I'd be able to achieve these stunning designs just with nail polish, so if your looking for some gorgeous chrome nails this Autumn/Winter then give these a whirl, especially my favourite Chrome Kisses!

Quick and Easy imPRESS Press-On Manicure

If you've read my blog for a while now your'll probably already know that I bloody love imPRESS false nails, they have soooo many designs, lengths, shapes and pretty colours too choose from not to mention the application and removal process is so quick an easy, so I couldn't wait to give a couple more sets a whirl.

The first set of imPRESS nails that I couldn't wait to put on my nails where the Flash Mob* set. This set is made up of 30 nails in a gorgeous white design with an oval shape, theres some silver glitter nails to use as accents and even the cutest white nails with love written on them with a little pink heart, their so adorable. I have to say glitter press on nails are the way forward, I love having glittery accent nails but I'm always put off because it's so hard to remove glitter polish but these beauties save the day in that department. 

The other imPRESS set I got are the Next Wave* set, again this set has 30 different sized nails to play with in mix of hot pink, chevron and silver glitter accent nails in an oval shape in a one-step gel finish! Theres lots of different sized nails to pick from so you can mix and match to get the best fit and once stuck on these babies are super durable so you can get the longest wear out of them.

Both sets of these imPRESS nails where a great length and shape for me too, I naturally have short, square nails so something that's a little bit longer than my own nails in the same sort of shape works best for me. I'd definitely recommend imPRESS nails if you have shorter nails, their super easy to wear and you can actually do things with them on, not like other nails I've tried which have been far too long for me. Their glue free and damage free too meaning you can apply them and remove them anywhere within a couple of minutes, making them a holiday/festival must have!

Elegant Touch Holiday Nails Collection

Whether your off on your holibobs, going to a festival or staying at home Elegant Touches new Holiday Nails collection is where the party's at. This Summer Elegant Touch have launched a false nail collection inspired by global hot spots such as Ipanema, Bora Bora, Havana and Ibiza! Each set of nails are designed to makeup a summertime splash with their funky designs and bright colours and I for one love them! I have very short, squared off nails so I basically need all the help I can get he he! 

My favourite sets out of the collection have to be the Bora Bora* set and the Ibiza* set. The Bora Bora set have the popular stiletto shape with the most gorgeous pink iridescent sheen, I love that no matter what these chrome finish nails always shine a different colour, I've spotted peach, purple, white and blue, they so cool! The Ibiza set are equally as gorgeous, they have the coffin shape which a basically like the stiletto's but with a blunted end, I just love the colourful tribal design of these, they scream festival season to me! 

The Havana* set again have that on trend stiletto shape with a negative space tribal design in a metallic rose gold, these are so pretty and still have the wow factor without being too intense. The Ipanema* set are the most stripped back design out of them all, these ones have an icy white glossy shine which again would be perfect for festivals when your going print heavy with your outfits, these are a great basic set to have and if you was in a bit of a pinch you could always paint them if you wanted to!
