Pamper in the Shower with the Orb Spa Shower Head!

Hi beaut's!

Seeing as I spend at least 10 minutes of every single day in the shower it would be nice to think 'arhhh lets hop in the shower and feel slightly pampered' instead of lets hop in the shower and have a quick scrub, shave my legs and then get out again feeling exactly the same as when I went in, well less hairy of course ha ha. Well now I think I've come across something that makes my shower experience feel slightly more like and pampering beauty routine, with the Orb Spa Shower Head!
The Orb Spa* is the worlds first battery operated vibrating, massaging, exfoliating, water-saving, soft water shower head, it's literally a beauty routine in a shower head and I love it! The centre of the shower head called the Vibra (turquoise part) is actually detachable and can be hand held, this has three operating modes which go from light to more intense, you simply have to press the power button at the back of the shower head once for cleansing, twice for exfoliating and three times for massaging. Using the Vibra for facial cleansing is lovely, I simply hold the Vibra in my hand and massage it around my face on mode one, over time this has really made a difference in my skins appearance, it's helped remove dead skin, unclog pores whilst also removing makeup and excess dirt and oil, it's the deepest cleanse my skins ever had I think! To exfoliate and massage the skin with the Vibra you can either use it hand held or it can be popped back into the centre of the shower head with the water running. The exfoliating mode is great for fake tan lovers because it's going to deeply exfoliate the skin and help remove old tan or prep for new tan, it's also great for dryer skin gals like myself who really like to polish off those dead skin cells. The massaging mode is amazing, it just feels so nice and relaxing, exactly what you want after a long day at work that's for sure. This mode is also fab for cellulite treatment if you massage the Vibra in circular motions around your thighs and bum.
What makes this shower even better than it is already is that it's a soft water shower head, shockingly hard water is supplied to over 60% of homes in the UK, and is known to prematurely age skin, dehydrate hair, and aggravate skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, meaning your shower could be doing more harm than good. But because the Orb Spa is a soft water shower head it features a unique combination of metals which are concealed within the handle, these metals remove the hard minerals within the water turning it into softer, more soluble water that gives you healthier skin and glossier hair.

If you like to feel really pampered whilst in the shower then this shower head will make all the difference, I think my favourites settings are the massage setting and the cleansing setting. The cleansing setting just makes my skin feel incredible afterwards and has helped in the long run and the massaging setting is...well its lovely, you could even use dry for massaging and help friends and family that are in need of a stress buster, it's great!

My Pamper Night Essentials ♥

Hi beaut's!

There's nothing better than when you've had a long day at work (or an awful day at work) than coming home and having a nice girlie pamper night. I must admit pamper nights are something I indulge in regularly, although I don't go the hole hog with a complete skin care routine or tanning routine, as I'm more about the relaxing part so today I thought I'd share you with all you my personal pamper night essentials.

Firstly I have to have to start my pamper night with a nice Lush bath that's full to the brim with bubbles, this is an essential for me as it just helps me relax and unwind. My go to bubble bar at the moment is Creamy Candy, not only does it look cute but it makes your bath water go baby pink and smells divine, it's so sweet and really softens the skin. Next is a face mask, I slather one on whilst I'm having my bath and let it do its thing, recently I've been trying the Lush Mask of Magnaminty which I really like, it's very cooling and calming and generally lush he he.
After my bath and face mask it's time to pick out some munchies, nail polish and most importantly some chick flicks! I'm not really a savoury girl so most of the time I go for something sweet like chocolate or those red velvet cookies you can get from Tesco mmmm, this time around I tried the new Chocolate Desserts Collection* by Lily O'Brians, there where 18 yummy chocolates to try including Hazelnut Torte, Passion Fruit Posset, Banoffee Pie, Creme Brulee, Raspberry Infusion and Key Limey Pie! It's safe to say they went down an absolute treat with me and my boyfriend and would be perfect if you where having a pamper night with your girlie's too. As for movies... I always go for either some sort of chick flick that will usually have me in tears, a Disney classic or some One Tree Hill which is my all time favourite TV show.
What are your Pamper Night Essentials beaut's?? I'd love to know!!

Don't forget I'm currently giving away a pair of shoes of your choice from the Shoetique website, you can enter the giveaway here.

St Grape Product Review + Giveaway Information

Hey girlie's!!!

Today I'm back with an exciting review on some gorgeous products from St Grape*. St Grape are a Canadian brand that thrive in producing natural skincare products which are all handmade using the ancient processes. If you have sensitive skin there really is no need to worry as St Grape promote healthy skin so their products will help sooth and condition dry sensitive skin including eczema and psoriasis.

I firstly have to touch upon the packaging of the St Grape skincare products, Its absolutely beautiful. You can really tell each product has had alot of thought going into its packaging whether its been dressed with a bow or has been wrapped in gorgeous floral paper, each product has something to offer with its packaging. Even just to look at, these look like beautiful gifts, perfect for Christmas that is fast approaching!!!

Now onto my thoughts of the St Grape products...

Exotic Soaking Salt 600g*

How pretty does the Exotic Soaking Salts look, firstly the salts are baby pink so I'm completely sold just by that factor ha ha. The salts are 100% natural, enriched with pure essential oils and are made with Himalayan mineral pink sand which is the purest form of salt on earth, wowza!!! What I love about the Exotic Soaking Salts is that they can be used in a few different ways, which is always a bonus for me as I love a multi use product. Firstly you can pop 3 cups of the salts into your bath water if you want a calming, soothing bath, this is great for tired/aching muscles, also if you have trouble sleeping using these salts in a bath before bed can really relax you. You can also pop 1 cup of the salts into a foot bowl and soak your tired aching feet for around 20 minuets, personally I love this method as I'm constantly on my feet at work. Lastly you can use it for massage purposes, simply fill the little drawstring bag provided with the salts, wet the bag and massage over your whole body with the bag, it feels amazingggg!!!! As for the salts scent... It has a very strong minty menthol fragrance, great for any of those winter colds and blocked noses as it really does clear everything. The 600g bottle of the Exotic Soaking Salts retails for £15.00.

Ancient Foot Scrub 500g*

A foot scrub is something I've never really used before but after using St Grapes Ancient Foot Scrub I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. The scrub itself is made up of sea salt granules and natural essential oils, it feels quite dry in the tub but once you start using it on your feet the oil disperses leaving your feet feeling soft, soothed and relaxed. Like all of the St Grape products the smell is just incredible, it has strong luxurious soapy scent that lingers for a super long time. The scrub is really easy to use, simply moisten your feet then rub the scrub all over and rinse off with warm water, I personally love using the foot scrub after I've soaked my feet in the salts, it honestly feels like a spa treatment at home. The 550g tub of the Ancient Foot Scrub retails for £25.00.

Aqua Bliss Bath Scrub 150g*

I literally adore St Grape's Aqua Bliss Bath Scrub, it feels like such a treat. When you pop the scrub into your hand it feels slightly like wet sand in texture and is very gentle with no harsh, sharp scrub particles inside, the texture of the of the scrub as you scrub it over skin is very light, not too abrasive yet it still feels like your giving your skin a good exfoliate, afterwards your skin is left feeling super soft and polished. The smell of the scrub, well..... Its gorgeous, it has quite a strong soapy scent that lingers on your skin for ages afterwards. Its great if your using the scrub in the bath too as when you rinse you skin free from the scrub it leaves your bath water slightly bubbly and the scrubs scent stays in your bath water, its honestly like heaven. The 150g tub of the Aqua Bliss Bath Scrub retails for £12.00.

Invisable Skin Massage Oil 120ml*

I was super excited to try the Invisible Skin Massage Oil as I've really been getting into oils at the moment. Ive actually been using the Massage Oil as more of an luxurious body oil/moisturiser as its fair to say my boyfriend is rubbish at massages ha ha. I love the fact that the Massage Oil is 100% organic, its also enriched with pure essential oils and leaves you with an immediate moisturising feeling, its super silky lightweight formula leaves your skin feeling so supple and smooth with its citrus scent left lingering. I also found a little bit of the massage oil really does go a long way so the bottle is going to last you quite some time and isn't wasteful at all. The 120ml bottle of the Invisible Skin Massage Oil retails for £25.00.

Overall I absolutely love all four products I've been road testing, they have all fast become products I use more or less on a daily basis. Each product feels super luxurious, spa like, very high end and alot more expensive than they actually are. I love how every product I tried left a gorgeous lingering scent on my skin, even my boyfriend commented on how lovely I smelt after using the products. They are all packaged beautifully and not to mention they look gorgeous sitting in your bathroom too. They honestly feel like an absolute treat to use and I would highly recommend St Grape if your looking to have girly pamper nights, if you want to sooth tired aching muscles or like I've mentioned before they make lovely gifts.

You can buy all of the St Grape products I've reviewed in this post plus many more skincare products on the St Grape website .

Have you tried anything skincare products from St Grape before??? What did you think??? I'd love to know.

Pistachio Sundae Time ♥

In April a little 50ml pot of Nip+Fab Pistachio Sundae goodness got dropped onto my doorstep within my Glossy box. When i first saw this in my box i wasn't overly excited, i just thought it would be another standard body butter that wouldn't really impress but would be there if id ran out of my normal body butter's that i use. I have to say i am now totally in love with it and my first thoughts about this little beauty couldn't be more wrong.

Nip+Fab's Pistachio Sundae is a smooth ultra nourishing body butter that smells amazing. The rich creaminess of the body butter helps repair dry dehydrated skin and has a 24 hour moisture boosting additive to keep you feeling pampered and moisturised all day long. The smell of this is also to die for, it has a deep nutty pistachio scent which honestly smells so good you could eat it.

I love the fact that this body butter just melts straight into your skin, there's no sitting around feeling all sticky or feeling like you cant get dressed as your clothes are going to stick to you, that is one of my pet hates with alot of body moisturisers. This has also been great on my sensitive skin, I've had no problems what so ever.

All in all i love this product and would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

You can pick up the 200ml tub for £8.49, there are also some other gorgeous scents to choose from which I'm definitely going to be purchasing very soon.

Have your tried this??? What did you think???

Love Hayley xXxXx
