Lush Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar Review

Hey beaut's!

It's that time of the year again where I ditch the quick showers and start enjoying long, hot relaxing baths so of course that meant that I needed to take a trip to Lush and treat myself to a couple of bath bombs. I didn't go mad this year, I just picked up four goodies to try, three of which where from their Christmas range and one from their Halloween range - the new Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar!
The Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar is new to Lush this year and it's so dreamy to look at, it's pink, it's so sparkly and iridescent and pumpkin shaped with a tiny little cinnamon stick stalk, whats not to love! The scent of this one is very feminine and floral, it's made up of a mix of geranium, bergamot and jasmine that come together to create a sweet girlie fragrance which I love, it actually reminds me of a perfume I once had but I cant for the life of me put my finger on what one!
Once crumbled into the bath it creates lots of soft white fluffy bubbles and turns the water a gorgeous shade of pink, in the picture above I only used a large chunk of the bubble bar so I still have plenty left for another two baths or so, I imagine if you crumbled the whole bubble bar into your bath you may fill you entire bathroom with bubbles as it really does bubble up a lot ha ha. Despite being super sparkly and glittery to touch once the Pink Pumpkin is in the bath you don't actually get covered in glitter, the glitter is literally just on the outside of the bubble bar so if your worried that you might come out the water resembling a disco ball fear not he he!

If your looking for a girly, floral bath this Halloween I cant recommend the Pink Pumpkin enough, it smells gorgeous, looks cute and creates sooooo many soft bubbles, I love it and I'm so happy I picked it up to try!

You can find the Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar for £4.25 HERE

Mini Valentines Lush Haul

Hey beaut's!

It's no secret that I'm a bit of a Lush addict, so when I saw their Valentines collection pop up of their website I just couldn't resist and ended up treating myself to a couple of bits!
Firstly I picked up the Cupid Bath Bomb (£2.95), this is brand new to Lush this year and isn't it cute, I love the pink love heart-arrow design, it definitely captures the Valentines theme that's for sure. As this is new I had no idea what to expect from it smell but it's actually divine, its full of uplifting bergamot, rose and violet leaf absolute making it very floral but it also has a subtle sweetness running through it too to balance things out, I love it!
Another newbie to the Lush Valentines collection this year is the Lovestruck Bubble Bar (£4.25), can we all just take a second to appreciate the emoji vibes he he, what a cutie! Lovestruck will add a bright yellow citrus burst to your bath because it smells just like a super sour lemon, kind of like a sour lemon sweet actually. I think this one will be great if you like a morning bath as the lemon really is quite refreshing and will perk you up for sure.
Yayyy one of my favourites is back - the ever so popular Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar (£4.25). The Unicorn Horn is super pretty with it's colourful, bright stripes that have been merged together to create the shape of a magical Unicorns Horn, its also covered in a delicate silver lustre which just adds to the magical effect! If you really want to relax and unwind before bed then the Unicorn Horn is perfect because it contains lavender oil and neroli oil which both take away the tension for a better nights sleep, I love this one and I'm so glad Lush brought it back for another year!
Finally I picked up the Lover Lamp Bath Bomb (£4.25). I literally can not wait to use this one, it smells of sweet vanilla and the three red love hearts around the bath bomb are actually organic cocoa butter bath melts which will really nourish and moisturise the skin, apparently the bath bomb bursts out red love heart confetti too, how cute!

Have you bought any of the Lush Valentines Collection yet beaut's? Whats your favourite? I'd love to know!

Lush Ruby Red Slippers Bubble Bar Review

Hey beaut's!

When I heard Lush where bringing back the Ruby Red Slippers Bubble Bar this Christmas I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! I had one quite a few years ago when it was released before, I think it was maybe in 2013 or 2014 I cant quite remember but what I do remember is that used to be in the shape of a red slab so I was keen to see how the remake and new look fared!

As I said before the Ruby Red Slippers Bubble Bar (£3.95) now has a new look, instead of being a red slab like before it's now the cutest red slipper shape and covered in red glitters too, it looks so Christmassy, I love it! When I crumbled Ruby Red Slippers into my bath it created lots of fluffy bubbles and turned my water a festive red shade, I did break my bubble bar into two though to get two baths out of it so I imagine if I would of used the whole bubble bar the red colouring would of been slightly more deeper, the red glitter that covers the outside of the bubble bar isn't actually within it so you don't come out the bath looking like a disco ball however I did see some of it glistening in the water but it never transferred onto my skin. The scent of Ruby Red Slippers is gorgeous, it contains carnation absolute, rose absolute and tangerine oil which make it quite a floral scented bath but theres definitely a dash of spice within it too, I kept getting hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, it was actually super festive despite being quite floral.
Overall I'm so happy I picked up this bubble bar, it was pretty to look at in and out of the bath, the scent was floral yet spicy which made it so festive and it was such a relaxing bubble bath too, afterwards I felt to calm and sleepy so it'd definitely say this is one to use in the evening before bed. I'll definitely be buying a few more of these cute little slippers before Christmas is up that's for sure, I really enjoyed this one!

Have you tried the Ruby Red Slippers Bubble Bar yet this year beaut's? I'd love to know!

Festive Lush Haul

Hey beaut's!

Eeeeeaakk it's that time of year again when Lush get all their Christmas products back in and I literally go gaga for them all he he. This year Lush have brought back some old Christmas favourites but have also added a few new products which obviously I had to try, I will be going back into Lush nearer to Christmas try some more of their new things but for now I picked up six things to try!
The first thing I picked up was a Candy Mountain Bubble Bar £2.95, this is one of my all time favourites from Lush and I end up buying loads of them over the Christmas period, in fact I'm already kicking myself for not picking more than one up this time around! It has a Snow Fairy inspired scent that literally fills the upstairs of my house and makes me think I'm in sweet shop, its so nice. If that wasn't nice enough it then turns your bath water baby pink, cute!!! I can usually get two baths out of the Candy mountain bubble bar, I break the top off for one bath then use the base for a second bath he he.
I then picked up another favourite of mine the Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb £4.25, I always get one of these every year when the Christmas bits are first launched because I love how it looks in the bath, plus it smells incredible. The Lush Pud actually shares its fragrance with the Twilight bath bomb (which I absolutely love), the comforting tonka absolute, ylang ylang, and relaxing lavender oils will help banish tension, calm you and help you unwind!
The first of the new additions to Lush that I bought was the Ruby Red Slippers Bubble Bar £3.95, how cute is this though, and it's covered in red glitters too, oh my I'm in love! This one contains carnation absolute, rose absolute and tangerine oil which makes it quite a floral scented bath but theres definitely a dash of spice within it too, I imagine this will make my bath water look so festive and glistening!
The Autumn Leaf Bath Bomb £3.75 is another new addition to Lush this year, this one is so seasonal and autumnal, I love it! Autumn Leaf has quite a woody scent to it and just reminds me of an autumnal walk in the forest with all the burnt orange leaves crunching underfoot, I love this new addition.
Then I had to pick up the Northern Lights Bath Bomb £3.95, I remember getting this a couple of years ago and loved it so much, but Lush never bought it back last year so I'm super happy they have revamped it and we can now get our paws back on it! As soon as you pop this in the bath it creates a multi coloured spectacle and it's jasmine and ylang ylang-scented making it the perfect bath bomb to use in the evenings when you want to relax.
Lastly I couldn't resist picking up the Pumpkin Bath Bomb £3.95, this little guy is new to Lush's Halloween collection this year and I absolutely love the smell of it, it contains sweet, comforting vanilla absolute and spicy Cinnamon which gives it a rich, biscuity fragrance of home-baking and stacked desserts, this bath bomb is literally pumpkin pie heaven!

What Christmas bits will you be picking up from Lush this year beaut's? I'd love to know!

Lush Big Bang Bubble Bar Review

Hey beaut's!

You may remember a little while back I posted a Mini Lush Haul and within that haul was the Lush Big Bang Bubble Bar, I had been meaning to buy it to try for such a long time and finally I remembered to pop one into my basket, and after using it the other day I just had to review it for you all.

The Big Bang Bubble Bar (£3.75) is pretty cool to look at and very eye catching, I love the two bright pink stars that are joined together in middle and the bright blue colouring of the actual bubble bar itself had me wondered what shade of blue my bath water would turn. I actually got two baths out of the Big Bang Bubble Bar, I just broke it into two and crumbled one half into the water and watched as the water turned a gorgeous aqua blue colour and lots of soft, fluffy bubbles appeared. I imagine if I had put the entire bubble bar in the water may have been darker but I loved the aqua colour!
The Big Bang Bubble Bar is super moisturising, it contains avocado butter and extra virgin olive oil which really nourish and hydrate the skin as well as zesty grapefruit oil and refreshing lemon myrtle oil which both give the bubble bar that uplifting, awaking scent great if your someone who likes a morning bath or if you just need a little pick me up!

Overall I'm so happy I finally picked Big Bang up and I'll definitely be repurchasing it again, I love it's fresh, citrus scent and my skin felt so soft and nourished after I had gotten out of the bath, so I'd highly recommend this for dryer skin types like myself!

Have you tried the Big Bang Bubble Bar beaut's? What did you think? I'd love to know!

Mini Lush Haul

Hey beaut's!

The other day me and my boyfriend went into Norwich to hit the shops so of course I had to pop into Lush and grab a couple more bath bombs, so I thought I would share with you all what I picked up because there was a new bath bomb that I'd never seen before, oooohhhhhh!

The first thing that I just HAD to buy was the Lava Lamp Bath Bomb, apparently this has only been in my local Lush store for 3 weeks but I do believe it's been in the Oxford Street Lush for a while but it's definitely new to me! This smells absolutely amazing!!!! If you like strong citrus/orange scents then this will be for you because it smells just like an orange, it's so realistic. I cant wait to see what this does in the bath, the lady in store was telling me that the purple dots on the bath bomb are actually solid lumps of cocoa butter than melt on the surface of the water and resemble that oily slick that you get inside a real lava lamp. I bet this will be a super moisturising bath bomb too not only because of the cocoa butter but it contains extra virgin olive oil too, I'll definitely do a full review on this one after I've used it!

Next I decided to go for the Big Bang Bubble Bar, this has been out for a while now but for some reason it's never made it's way into my basket so I just had have it this time around! This little beauty contains avocado butter to nourish and hydrate the skin, zesty grapefruit oil and refreshing lemon myrtle oil which both give it that uplifting, awaking scent great if your someone who likes a morning bath or if you just need a little perk up!

Lastly I had to go for one of my all time favourites, the Creamy Candy Bubble Bar! Arhhh  I just love the sweet candy floss scent of this teamed with the moisturising almond and cocoa butter and I'm obsessed with it's gorgeously girlie pink water, it so lovely!

What have you picked up from Lush recently beaut's?  I'd love to know beaut's!

Lush Bunch of Carrots Review

Hi beaut's!

Happy Easter to you all, I hope your all having a fabulous Easter Sunday so far and scoffing lots of chocolaty treats! Anyway, you may remember a while back I posted a Mini Lush Haul and within that haul was some of the Mother's Day and Easter sweet smelling treats. I'm begrudgingly getting through all my Lush limited edition goodies now ( I want them to last forever ha ha ) so today I thought it would be the perfect time to review the ever so adorable Bunch of Carrots Reusable Bubble Bar.

The Lush Bunch of Carrots are three Reusable Bubble Bar's that are shaped as the name would suggest as a cute bunch or carrots tied together by their stalks. Lush did do the Bunch of Carrots last year but this year they switched things up a bit and have given them a colourful makeover so instead of getting three orange carrots you actually get one orange, one pink and one purple carrot, I love this change! The scent of the bunch of carrots is lovely, it contains a gorgeous blend of buchu oil, Sicilian lemon and bergamot oils which gives you such an uplifting bath with fruity and sweet scents running through it!

As for how these adorable carrots work... You can actually swirl the entire bunch of carrots around the bath by their stalks but I've actually been using each carrot separately to make the most out of the pretty colours, I feared that if I used them all together I might just end up with a grey bath once the colours where combined. As you can probably imagine the orange carrot created a soft orange almost peachy coloured bath water, the pink carrot gave me hot pink coloured water and my favourite was actually the purple carrot because it turned the water a soft lilac colour which looked absolutely stunning, you may have seen me post pictures on my Instagram and Twitter of these as I done a post on each carrot! Each carrot created tonnes of bubbles and left it's gorgeous scent behind on my skin after getting out of the bath.

The Bunch of Carrots are quite pricey at £6.25 for the bunch but actually I think its amazing value as you can separate each carrot and keep reusing each one over and over until their gone. I have actually used all my carrots up now and got 2 baths out of each one but I'd definitely say you can get more out of them it just depends how bubbley you want your bath really!

Did you manage to get the Lush Bunch of Carrots beaut's? What did you think? I'd love to know!

Lush Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb Review

Hi beaut's!

You may remember a while back I posted a Mini Lush Haul and within that haul was some Mother's Day and Easter sweet smelling treats. I'm begrudgingly getting through all my Lush limited edition goodies now ( I want them to last forever ha ha ) so I thought it was about time to start sharing my thoughts on some of them starting with the gorgeous Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb.

The Lush Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb (£2.95) is shaped like a decorative Easter Egg and has a cute, hot pink colour to it that any girly girl would love! The scent of Fluffy Egg is simply gorgeous, if your missing your Snow Fairy fix already then Fluffy Egg could cur those cravings because it's smells so similar to Snow Fairy, it's just so sugary and sweet, arrhh I love it!

As for how Fluffy Egg worked in my bath... Well, as soon as I popped the pink, sweet smelling gorgeousness into my bath it fizzed and swirled away and immediately had my bath water turning a shade of hot pink and filled the whole upstairs of my house with it's sugary sweet, candy like scent which was amazing!  I found the scent also lingered on my skin the whole evening too, and I could even smell it in my hair the next day it was amazing! As always after a Lush bath, my skin felt super soft and I definitely felt the effects of Fluffy Egg's calming and relaxed ability.

Overall I LOVE Lush's Fluffy Egg, I'm so happy the decided to bring it back again this year because just like last year I'm obsessed, it's so nice having that hint of Snow Fairy back in my life again too he he.

Have you tried Fluffy Egg yet beaut's? What did you think? I'd love to know!

Mini Spring Lush Haul ♥

Hey beaut's!

The other day me and my boyfriend went into Norwich to hit the shops for his birthday but of course I had to pop into Lush. I already knew I wanted to pick up a few bubble bars or bath bombs as I'm running low but I was also eager to check out the Mother's Day and Easter ranges too and I just had to pick a couple up and thought I'd share them with you all today!

Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb £2.95
Firstly I just had to grab a Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb, I had a few of these last Easter and was hoping that Lush would bring them back again this year as they smell incredible and thankfully they did! If your missing your Snow Fairy fix already then Fluffy Egg could cur those cravings because it's smells so similar to Snow Fairy, it also turns your bath water bright pink and looks super cute and girly he he.

Bunch of Carrots Reusable Bubble Bar £6.25
I missed out on getting the Bunch of Carrots last year so I made sure I got some to try this year. Instead of getting three orange carrots, this year Lush have switched things up and you actually get an orange, pink and purple carrot that are all tied together by their stalks, they look so good. The scent of these 'carrots' is really refreshing and tropical which comes from the added buchu, lemon and grapefruit oils, you can either swirl the whole bunch around in your bath water or use one carrot at a time and keep reusing them.

Ladybird Bubble Bar £3.95
The Ladybird Bubble Bar is new to Lush's Mother's Day collection this year and I literally had to have it, just look how cute she is though! As well as looking cute this little Ladybird smells lovely but not like anything I've never smelt from Lush before, it's main scents are geranium and peppermint which make this the perfect treat if your looking for a bit of a pick me up or maybe a morning bath that really wakes you up and sets you up for the day!

Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb £3.95
Lastly I went for the Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb, this reminded me of the scent of the Rose Jam bubble bar because its very fresh and very floral.  It's said that as this little beauty fizzes, the outer shell breaks away and magnificent rose petals burst out and float around in the tub, arhh I cant wait to try this and I think this is such a nice bath bomb for Mother's Day too.

Have you picked any of the new Lush products up?? What's been your favourite so far?? I'd love to know beaut's!

Lush Unicorn Horn Review ♥

Hey beaut's!

When I saw that Lush where bringing the Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar back for Valentines this year I just knew I had to have one after missing out last year, luckily my friend kindly bought me one whilst she was in Lush recently (we don't have a Lush in our town unfortunately) so I've finally been able to try it, woohoo!

The Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar (£4.25) is super pretty with it's colourful, bright stripes that have been merged together to create the shape of a magical Unicorns Horn, its also covered in a delicate silver lustre which just adds to the magical effect! The Unicorn Horn has been created to help us relax and uplift our mood, it contains lavender oil which takes care of the relaxing part and neroli oil which helps us feel that little bit content and more cheery, it's a great bubble bar to use before bed for a good night sleep or if you've had a long hard day at work it's definitly one to help you unwind and relax! The scent of the Unicorn Horn actually surprised me, I was expecting something sweet but instead it has a gentle lavender aroma, I'm so happy that the lavender isn't too strong because I think that would ruin it for me but its so delicate ans smells amazing! I split my bubble bar into two chunks so I could get two baths out of it, the bath water turned a gorgeous peachy, pink shade with tonnes of fluffy bubbles, but whats fun about the Unicorn Horn is that I think it will depend on how much of each colour has been swirled into your bubble bar as to what colour your water will go, mine had a lot of pink swirled into it so that's why mine was quite a peachy,  pink colour!
Overall I absolutely loved the Unicorn Horn and think it's such a shame its limited for Valentines, you can still get it in store and online but I'm guessing it wont be available for long so I'd stock up while you can beaut's!

Have you tried the Unicorn Horn yet beaut's? What did you think?

Lush Sale Haul

Hey beaut's!

Every year the only Boxing Day sale that I really look forward to is Lush, for the past few years I've always been on the computer by 9am ready to buy all the festive goodies at an amazing 50% off, however I'm sure I'm not alone in saying this but just like last year placing a sale order with Lush was a nightmare! They had major problems with the website, it kept crashing constantly and in the end I resorted to refreshing thousands of times until my finger nearly fell off, never the less I managed to place an order in the end so I thought I'd share with you all what I got.

Magic Wand Reusable Bubble Bar
The Magic Wand is one of my all time favourites... It smells incredible, it's just like the Snow Fairy Shower Gel but in Bubble Bar form. I think its super cute too and I love that Lush have jazzed it up slightly this time around with a silver bow and the iridescent glitter, I literally cant wait to have a bath with this one he he.

The Magic of Christmas Reusable Bubble Bar
Next up is a new member to the Lush Christmas family, The Magic of Christmas Reusable Bubble Bar. I wanted to buy this in my local Lush store but every time I went in it had sold out, so when I saw it was still on the website at half price it was fate and I just had to buy it. This one is very festive and smells just like all the traditional warming, spicy scents that you get at Christmas, think cinnamon, cloves, almonds and zesty orange, arhhhh.

Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb
Next I thought I'd try the Shoot For The Stars bath bomb, I've never ever tried this one before and it looked so cool on the website that I just had to give it a whirl. Shoot For The Stars is said to smell just like the popular Honey I Washed The Kids scent, it's gorgeously sweet with honey and toffee scents really coming through, arhhh I cant wait to use this little beauty!

Stardust Bath Bomb
I believe Stardust was another new release for Lush at Christmas and although it's pretty plain looking it smells lovely, it's quite sugary sweet and has a strong vanilla kick to it which I really like.

Merry Christmas Gift Set

Because the Lush website was having an absolute meltdown I quickly started to lose my patience with all the refreshing so I decided just to get a gift set, that way I was sure to get the bath bombs I was after without the constant refreshing. I decided on the Merry Christmas Gift Set usually priced at £19.99 but I paid £9.99 which I thought was a really good deal. The box itself contains a Peeping Santa Bubble Bar which I love, a Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb which I believe came out over Halloween, the Cinders Bath Bomb which I have had before and really enjoyed, the huge Golden Wonder Bath Bomb and finally theres a Dashing Santa Bath Bomb too. I absolutely love this gift set as theres such a variety of goodies to try inside, I'm super happy I decided to pick it up.

What Lush goodies did you manage to pick up in the sale beaut's?? I'd love to know!!
