Beautiful Movements Cosmetics | Review

Hey girlie's!!!

I was recently asked if I'd like to try a couple of products from a new make-up range called Beautiful Movements Cosmetics*, I have briefly tried the brand before as I received a few samples in previous beauty boxes so I was excited to see what else the range had to offer. Beautiful Movement Cosmetics has been created by former Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt and Laura McComiskie and consists of lip gloss, eye products and face products all of which are cruelty free, with the stamp of approval from the BUAV and PETA. Beautiful Movements Cosmetics is also free from bismuth oxychloride, parabens, nano particles and synthetic dyes and fragrances, which I think is great and extremely reassuring for any sensitive skin sufferers out there, like myself.

Now onto the products I've been testing out...

Beautiful Movements Lip gloss in Jewel* £12.00

I really do love this lip gloss, which is abit of a shock as usually I'm not a lip gloss lover at all as I always find them so sticky, however the Beautiful Movements lip gloss has a non sticky formula which is rich in jojoba oil and leaves your lips glossy, moisturised and most importantly not sticky, its got great lasting power too, lasting me a good few hours and after the gloss had worn off my lips felt so soft and moisturised, it was lovely. The shade of this lip gloss is gorgeous, its that 'your lips but better' kind of shade and is described as a dusky pink, it's amazing for everyday wear and great for evenings out when you've gone really dramatic on the eyes and you want your lips more natural.

Beautiful Movements Eyeshadow in Platinum Tiara* £7.00
This Beautiful Movements eye shadow is a gorgeous grey/taupe shade which has a metallic sheen to it once its swatched or applied, its a mineral eyeshadow making it super lightweight and it feels silky smooth on the eye lids too. The eye shadow itself goes on quite sheer which I think is suitable and nice for daytime wear but if you dampen your make-up brush it really does bring out the pigment making it perfect for those nights out when you want more of a smokey eye. It lasts really well on my eye lids too without using a primer and I never experienced any fall out throughout the day either which is a bonus.

Overall from the products I've tried so far I do think Beautiful Movements Cosmetics is such a lovely brand and you can tell alot of time and hard work has gone into each and every product. The lip gloss is by far my favourite product I've tried from the brand so far as I just love the fact it's not sticky and your lips literally feel amazing once its worn off.

Have you tried any products from Beautiful Movements Cosmetics before??? What did you think beaut's??? I'd love to know.

Don't forget you can enter my 500 follower GIVEAWAY here to be in with a chance of winning a MAC lipstick and a MAC eyeshadow!!!

Barry M Glitter Nail Paints | Review & Swatches

As you may or may not know I'm a huge glitter polish fan, anything that sparkles I'm instantly drawn too and i usually have to buy, so i decided to pick 2 more little beauties up. I know these Glitter Jewel Nail Paints have been out for sometime and i do own a few from the collection but i thought 2 more wouldn't hurt he he.

Pink Sapphire is great for all those girlie girls out there that love abit of bright pink sparkle.
Its a clear base with minute bright pink glitter flecks in, the bigger glitter particles come in 2 shapes, hexagons and small chunks of bar type glitter.

The colours of all the glitters inside are so pretty, the small bars of glitter tend to be sliver and holographic and the hexagons are a bright pink with the odd hexagon that's silver and holographic too.

This makes a beautiful top coat for so many shades or even if you wanted to play it safe you could just go for a glittery ring finger instead.

Rose Quartz is absolutely crammed full of glitter and great if you want a burst of glitter on the nails. Rose Quartz is a clear base polish with minute holographic flecks and is also crammed with rose pink hexagon glitters inside.

I would use 1 coat as a more full on glitter top coat as there's so much glitter inside this polish  but 2 coats could give you complete sparkle mania nails.

On a whole I'm really impressed with these and they look so pretty. I brought mine from Superdrug for £2.99, what a bargain for such beautiful glitter polishes.

Have you tried any of these?? What did you think??
