Mini Primark Haul

Hey beaut's!

Last week I went to Norwich and I just had to pop into Primark and see what new bits they had, to be honest I didn't see a great deal that tickled my fancy, I think it's because it's that funny time of year where all the Spring stuff is coming in yet it's still freezing cold here in the UK, never the less I did pick a couple of things up so I thought I would share them with you all today!

The first thing I picked up was a Lace Up Front T-Shirt (£7.00) in a gorgeous berry red shade, I've been after one of these lace up tops for quite a while but never found one that fits me perfect until I tried this beauty on. What I like about this one in particular is that the fabric is really soft but really thick so it's great to wear right now with my little leather jacket!
Then I went and had a look at the shoes and my goodness it was sandal overload, I've honestly never seen so many sandals in one place in my entire life! I ended up going for these cute Diamante Floral Sandals in Black (£6.00), they had these in so many colours but hardly any of them had any size 3's left (I have tiny feet you see) so when I spotted the black pair in a size 3 I just had to nab them to put away for the Summer before they sold out.
Sticking with the Spring/Summer theme I picked up some new sunnies! You literally cant beat Primarks sunglasses, theres so many pairs too choose from and they are so cheap. I went for the pair Primark call the Retro Club master in Brown, I love the shape and style of these and my boyfriend said that he loved them when I tried them on, so for £2.00 they went straight into my basket he he.
Then I ventured upstairs to check out the home ware, I really wish Norwich had a bigger home ware section as I'm slightly obsessed with Primarks home ware. The first thing that caught my eye was one of their candles in French Vanilla (£2.50), this candle smells incredible and so strongly of vanilla, I love it! Also the square copper/rose gold glass jar the the candle comes in is stunning and I will be reusing it somehow on my dressing table, I'm thinking maybe for my eye makeup brushes!
Lastly I picked up this cute watermelon 'Life is Sweet' dome shaped cup with a straw (£3.00), I got this to encourage me to drink more water when I'm at the computer blogging away and it would be great for smoothies and milkshakes too.
Have you picked up any goodies from Primark recently beaut's? I'd love to know!

Small Primark Haul!

Hey girlie's!!!

During my latest shopping trip I couldn't resist a snoop around in Primark... I didn't go too crazy this time around, I mean usually me and my boyfriend go in there empty handed and come out with huge Primark bags but I good girl a restrained myself, trust me it was rather difficult! Anyway today I thought I'd share with you all the few things I did pick up as I do love a good ole Primark Haul, big or small, so here goes...

My Little Pony PJ Bottoms £8.00 & My Little Pony PJ Vest £5.00
Ohhh how amazing are these PJ's... I saw them the last time I went into Primark and regretted not buying them, so I knew I just add to get them this time around if they still had them in stock and my surprise they still has them, yayyy!! The PJ bottoms fit more like leggings and aren't loose or baggy at the bottom which I like, because I'm short I always have to buy the cuffed bottoms otherwise they are miles too long ha ha, the PJ top is a racer back style vest, I picked up both in size up from my usual size as I like my PJ's to abit bigger so that they are more comfy and slouchy.

 My Little Pony Socks £2.50
As I went abit gaga over the My Little Pony PJ Set you can only imagine how excited I got when I saw the socks ha ha, they are quite thin but soooo super soft and the pattern is adorable! Also when I got home and checked my receipt I noticed they weren't on there, so the lady who served me must had forgotten to scan them, oops!

Polka Dot Lace Trim Ankle Socks £1.50
These are pretty much a standard purchase for me as I wear frilly ankle socks with my boots and my vans all the time, I used to buy mine from Topshop but Primarks are so much cheaper and the quality is just as good.

Floral Face Clothes £1.50
I couldn't resist these floral face clothes, they are right up my street and they always come in handy when I'm trying to take off face masks etc. They also do they same print in hand towels and bath towels too.

PS Love Nail Art Pens x3 £2.00
I've been wanting to try some bits and pieces from Primark's newly launched makeup range PS Love for a while but my local Primark hardly has any of the stock yet, however I did spot these nail art pens and I thought they would come in handy and would be great to practise with, you really cant complain when your getting 3 for £2.00 can you.

Cupcake False Nails £1.00
These false nails where abit of a 'they're only a £1.00' purchase ha ha, truth is I never really wear false nails but the cupcake design was to cute to leave, I'm sure I'll get some use out of them soon.

Polka Dot Compact Mirror £1.00
And lastly this cute little mirror...I've needed a compact mirror for my handbag all my life I think ha ha, I just never have one on me when I need one, so this was a must have purchase when I saw it.

And there you have it, the few goodies I picked up in Primark this week. Have you been into Primark recently beaut's? Did you buy the My Little Pony PJ's? I'd love to know.

Primark Haul ♥ | September/October 2013

Hey girlie's!!!

I recently took a trip to one of my favourite high street clothing stores... Primark!!!! I thought id give you all a little peek of the few things i picked up as i know you girlie's like to no what's in store at the moment!!!!

Festive Print Knitted Leggings £10.00

I had to start with one of my favourite purchases, i mean ,how stinking cute are these knitted leggings!!!! I thought they would be perfect for lounging around the house to keep you all snug and warm and get you into the festive spirit, not that i need any help in that department he he.

Plum Hoodie £10.00

I always have a browse around the men's section not only with my boyfriend but too hunt down some snugly primark hoodie's. I always buy my hoodie's from the men's section as i find their more snugly and soft inside than the women's ones, strange i know!!! I picked this gorgeous Plum coloured one up in a small and it fits perfect, its great for just lounging around the house or for when i walk my pooch Alfie!!!

Khaki Jacket with PU Sleeves and Faux Fur Collar £27.00

I was searching for a jacket like this last year but could never find one that just fitted me perfectly until now. As soon i spotted this little beaut in Primark i fell in love and it was in my basket within seconds!!! The PU sleeves are actually really soft and they don't look or feel stiff like the usually faux leather sleeves do, the faux fur is also really soft and detachable and you can sintch in your waist with the little secret toggles inside the coat too. I find its a great jacket to wear now whilst the weathers slightly chilly but not super cold!!!

Super Cosy Tights £3.50

These tights are literally the best tights in the world when the weathers really cold but you stick want to rock your cute dresses and skirts!!! They are 300 denier micro fibre tights with a super soft fleecy lining, they literally are 'super cosy'!!!!

Chunky Knitted Snood in Wine £5.00

When the weather gets really cold i have to have a nice cosy snood to snuggle into when I'm out and about and i thought this one would be perfect. I love it's wine colour and its also super soft which is exactly what i like, there's nothing worse than and itchy scratchy snood!!! Primark also have another snood very similar to this one but with little glittery bits in for £4.00 but that was super itchy, so beware!!

Burgundy Beanie Hat £3.00

Another cheeky men's wear purchase, i couldn't resist the colour again ha ha!!! I also love the style of this beanie as you can wear it slighty saggy (awful word i know) at the back instead of having it pulled tight to your head, which just looks silly on me.

Knitted Ballerina Style Slippers £3.00

Personally i love the style of these slippers as they fit on your feet properly like a shoe but are super warm and fleecy inside like a slipper. I also love how pretty and girly these are too, they're so me.

I hope you liked my very first haul post, if you'd like to see more Primark hauls or just any haul type posts in the future please let me know!!!

Pretty Peplum's.

Ooh Hi!!! I thought i would do a little bit of a write up about how much I'm in love with peplum tops recently.

I bought these two little beauty's from New Look for a bargain price of £7.99, I know right 7 bloomin 99. My first attraction to these wasn't only just the lovely print but the shape was lovely, personally they are perfect for my body shape as I'm quite curvaceous and i have a few lumps and bumps i like to conceal so the fact that these pull you at your smallest point is great.

This is my favourite out of the two, i love the colour as its a very current colour right now and the horse design is lovely and gives it that extra edge.

This black peplum top with the little white owls is adorable, i also love the fact you can dress these up for and evening or wear them more casual for the day time, i love wearing mine with my blazer at the moment.

On a whole i love these tops and defiantly think that no matter what your shape is they look amazing weather your trying to add some shape to your figure or just trying to give yourself a smoother silhouette like me they are brilliant.

My Most Worn.

Righty, I had an idea of doing a bit of  a show and tell of my most worn gem's.
These are things that i wear the most, use the most and repurchase the most. I do always seem to have things  that i prefer one month and then then next month I'm not so bothered by then but quite frankly the things I'm gonna list below i couldn't be without.

My Most Worn......

Foundation

This is 'Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation' in 100 Ivory, i have soooo much love for this, Ive been using foundations since i was about 17 years old and since then I had never been able to find that perfect foundation for me, they where either not the correct shade or made me break out and get oily skin. This however ticks all the boxes for me, Ive lost count of how many times Ive repurchased this as i just love it sooo much.

Mascara

I love this 'Max Factor False Lash Effect' Mascara in black, it basically does what it says on the tin, it gives you very full, long and separated lashes and is very buildable which allows you to really layer it on without clumping. As much as i love higher branded mascara's i cant always afford them but this is amazing value for money and great for abit of a cheaper alternative to the 'Benefit Bad Gal Lash' .

Nail Polish

Barry M Nail Paints are by far the best nail polishes Ive tried and this one ' Raspberry' (273) is my most worn, its great for toes and fingers and can always work no matter the season.

Blouse

This gorgeous blouse might not be to everyone's taste (my boyfriend calls it the granny blouse) but i love it, its from Select and i got it last April in the sale, Ive certainly got my moneys worth out of it that's for sure. I find i can wear in tucked into jeans or shorts or wear it over the top of jegging's for a more floaty look and even in the winter u can layer it up with a top underneath and a chunky cardie, the list is endless.

Handbag

My boyfriend bought me this 'Pauls Boutique Holly Bag' a few birthdays ago and Ive literally not used another bag since, i love it. It looks pretty, its very spacious with lots of room but not too big where u feel u have a suitcase on your shoulder he he also the quality is great i cannot fault it at all.

Shoes

This was very hard to choose from as to be honest like most woman i have LOADS of shoes, boots and sandals but Ive gone for the ones that i reach for the most and that go with most outfits i wear. The flatforms i had lusted over for yonks but didn't want to spend a fortune on the ones i had seen in Topshop or River Island so i looked on good old eBay and found them for a bargain £10 from an eBay store (not an individual seller) so i snapped them up, they are great for nights out and if your like me and cant walk in high heels these are perfect. The little gold ballet shoes are from New Look and as you can see they are a little worse for wear now Ive literally worn them to death as they are so comfortable and light weight and if i remember rightly they where only about £5 in a sale, which to me makes them even nicer.

I hoped you enjoyed finding out a few of my most worn treasures, i will certainly do another most worn blog post in the future  if you'd like another one :)
