February Beauty Favourites!

Hey beaut's!

It's that time again....monthly favourites time! And unlike January, February seems to have gone relatively quick for me, I cant quite believe we're on the verge of the third month of the year already, crazy hey! I'm also feeling very Spring-like at the moment, the weather has been absolutely beautiful recently, I've just got back from a few days away in London and it was 19 degrees, I couldn't believe it!
My first favourite this month is by Redken and it's their Pillow Proof  Blow Dry Express Treatment Primer! I've been having so many conversations about the condition of my hair with my hairdresser and she suggested quite a few products that would help by Redken, I've got a few bit's on order but one product I already had but wasn't using was Pillow Proof, so I dug it back out and started using it again and my hair has really thanked me for it! The formula works to strengthen and shield hair from breakage, speeds up drying time, provides heat protection and delivers twenty-four hour volume, it's also great for static prone hair which I used to really suffer with until I used this, in a nutshell it's an amazing blow-dry-in product that leaves my hair sleek but manageable and I've noticed a huge a difference!
I have three major makeup favourites this month starting with the Barry M All Night Long Full Coverage Concealer, I bought this on a total whim and wow I'm in love! The coverage is amazing, it's blends into my skin and under my eyes like a dream without creasing at all which really impressed me and it lasts all day with no need for touch ups, and it's affordable too! Next I've been obsessed with the By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Misty Rock, this is the sort of shade and formula that you can just whack on all over your eyeballs and blend with your finger or a brush in matter a seconds and then your ready to rush out the door, it's incredible and now I can see why so many people rave about it, you can literally achieve a smokey eye in like 20 seconds! For lips I've been loving Spring pinks so I dug out my Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color in the shade Devotion which is a gorgeous neutral rosy pink very similar Mac's Mehr, it's been my go to shade recently and I can see me getting so much more wear out of it over the coming months!
My final favourite this month is Ariana Grande's Moonlight Perfume, I have had soooo many compliments since I started wearing this, the most compliments I've ever had regarding a perfume before so Ariana must be doing something right! If you like your fruity, floral fragrances with splash of vanilla then you'll love this one, it's also really long lasting even though it's not overpowering, it's lovely!

What's in your favourites this month beaut's? I'd love to know!

February Beauty Favourites!

Hey beaut's!

Thankfully February went a lot quicker than January, my goodness that was a long month wasnt it. I've been wishing February away to be honest, I've been waiting to take my final weeks holiday from work before the new working year starts, that week has now arrived and I have a lovely week off with my boyfriend as of now and I'm so excited about it.

Anyway I'm going to kick this months favourites off with the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define Concealer. This stuff is like bloody gold dust, I was going into every Superdrug for weeks trying to track this beauty down in my shade but finally I got my paws on shades C1 and C3 to try. So far I'm really impressed with the concealer and can see why it's been so ruddy popular, the coverage is great, it's so creamy and just melts into the skin, I'll be doing a full review soon so watch this space. Sticking with base makeup Rimmel's Lasting Finish Breathable Foundation has been my go to for the last few weeks, it's so lightweight that it honestly feels like I'm wearing nothing, the coverage isn't to heavy making it the perfect day to day foundation for me.
Scent wise, Zoella's Blissful Mistful has been keeping me smelling lovely even if I do say so myself, I actually only got this scent in January but have been obsessed ever since and I think it's my favourite scent Zoe does, it super fresh and floral and I can see myself wearing it loads through Spring! Ok... I'm actually head over heels in love with Benefit's KA-BROW Brow Pomade, I've always been a brow powder/pencil kinda gal but this Benefit pomade has been a game changer and really upped my brow game, it somehow just transforms my brows making them look absolutely perfect, I don't know how it does it but I LOVE it! For my nails I've been loving  a couple of nail paints by good ole Bazza M, the shades Strawberry Laces and Pink tail have been perfect for me whilst I'm transitioning from my Winter shades to more Spring appropriate shades because I'm longing for Spring now!
My final favourite this months is my Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette! I love this palette so much and it never leaves my makeup bag, not only is the shade range amazing for any occasion day or night but the quality of these shadows is incredible, and it still smells super yummy and peachy even though I've had my palette 2 years now!

February Beauty Favourites

Hi beaut's!

It's monthly favourites time again....I cant quite believe another month has whizzed past already, it's crazy how quick the time goes! This month I've mostly been loving some old makeup favourites but theres a couple of new ones in the mix too he he.

Firstly things are getting a bit peachy around here, yup the Too Faced Sweet Peach line is dominating my favourites this month. Firstly it's no surprise how much I love the Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette because I've raved about it A LOT since I got it last Spring, however it's recently made it's way back into my makeup bag and I've been using it every day. Secondly is the new Sweet Peach Glow Palette, now if your read my first impressions post on this you'll know I'm actually not a huge fan of it, so you may be wondering why it's made it's way into my favourites post but I actually LOVE the blusher within it - yes it doesn't pick up on the brush well but when I build it up it looks stunning and I wear it everyday so I had to feature it.
There was no thinking about what lip products I've loved this past month because it's simple - Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk Lipstick and Lip Cheat Liner! These two products basically haven't left my lips, this duo create the most gorgeous nude-y pink lip perfect for anywhere at any time, I love them so much!
Recently my pores around my nose have become quite visible so Benefit's POREfessional has been saving the day, I only use this around my nose as generally I don't really need to use primers and it's been filling those pores in a treat. Another face product I've been using everyday is the NYX Sculpt & Highlight Face Duo! Cream contouring is definitely the way forward because it's just so easy to use and blend and because the Sculpt & Highlight Face Duo has a concealer like formula it honestly takes seconds to apply and lasts all day!
A couple of weeks back I decided to put all my dark nail polishes away and bring out some of the pretty pinks that I loved last year and my favourite at the moment is Barry M's Festival Fever. Festival Fever is a gorgeous pink with gold shimmers running through it, even though this shade was a limited edition Superdrug exclusive you can still get it online if you don't want to miss out. My final favourite this month is the Jimmy Choo Blossom Perfume, again I've put away some of my darker, more musky fragrances and brought some of my spring/summer scents and Blossom is a firm favourite for me, it's floral and fruity, whats not to love!

February Beauty Favourites ♥

Hey beaut's!

Its that time again.... Monthly favourites time! I cant quite believe how quick February has whizzed past, it honestly scares me that the months go by so quickly! Is anyone else not feeling this cold winter weather anymore? I'm totally over it now, bring on the Spring, warm sunshine, blue sky's and pretty flowers ha ha. Anywhoo onto what I've been loving this month beauty wise!

Makeup Revolution Flawless Eyeshadow Palette

My first favourite this month has to be my Makeup Revolution Flawless Eyeshadow Palette, I mean just look how beautiful it is. The palette itself contains 32 eye shadows in gorgeous neutral shades ranging from browns, creams, golds, coppers, bronze and even cranberry shades, it's so pretty. I've literally been obsessed with using this palette everyday over the last month or so and really cant fault it, the quality's amazing and theres just so many shades to play with, I love it!

Makeup Revolution Ultra Strobe Cream
Sticking with Makeup Revolution their new Ultra Strobe Cream has become a makeup bag essential for me, I wear it everyday underneath my foundation for the glow from within look, it creates a nice glowy base and just makes my features pop and look more highlighted, I love it!

MAC Brave Lipstick
Now I know I've featured this lippie in a favourites before but I've literally worn this little beauty most days during February. Brave is my all time favourite lipstick and I'm going to have to repurchase it soon because I'm nearly out, it's honestly the perfect shade of lipstick that goes with any makeup look for any occasion and can be worn anytime of day, as I said before I've been wearing it pretty much everyday whether I pop to the shop, go out for the day or even at work, I love it!

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Hand Food
The Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Hand Food has been my best friend recently, the cold winter weather has really been battering my hands leaving them sooo dry, sore and they've even started to chap and bleed, but my trusty tubes of Hand Food have come to the rescue and really helped my hands look and feel normal again!

Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint in Prickly Pear
I had a good sort out of all of my nail polishes a few weeks ago and got out all my Spring shades again and one I've been addicted to wearing over the last couple of weeks is Barry M's Prickly Pear - It's a gorgeous lavender shade that looks stunning on the nails, and I'll certainly be rocking this a lot more during the Spring.

Real Techniques Multi Complexion Sponge
Finally this month is my trusty Real Techniques Multi Complexion Sponge which I've been using a lot recently, not only to apply my foundation but I've been using it to blend my concealer, cream blush and even with my setting powder. It just blends everything in so flawlessly and leaves my skin looking pixel perfect and not cakey in the slightest. Also I have a HUGE cleaning tip for you beauties, if you struggle to get your multi complexion sponge squeaky clean just pop it in the washing machine and then leave it to dry in a warm place on top of a towel, it works an absolute treat and comes out looking brand new, obviously be careful not to put it in with washing that has alot of zips as that may snag on the sponge, I just throw mine in with my towels or bedding and voila!!

February Beauty Favourites ♥

Hey girlie's!!!

I cant quite believe its that time again.... Monthly favourites time!!! I
know we all say this every month but honestly I cant believe how quick the months are going, its crazy... At least we can look forward to some sunshine, warmer days and pretty flowers now that spring is approaching. Anywhoo today I thought I would share with you all my favourite beauty products I've been loving throughout February... So here goes.

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream in Light
If you read my recent review you will know I LOVE this stuff, its just amazing!! I've been obsessed with creating a nice dewy/glowing base recently and this Maybelline BB Cream has helped so much! I've been buffing a small amount of the BB Cream into my skin first then taking a small amount of my Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation which I also love, and buffing that in over the top and together the two make my skin look so healthy and glowing, I'm certainly going to be using this loads throughout spring/summer too.

Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blush in Soft Pink
I hadn't used this little beauty since last year and whilst going through my makeup collection this blush was just peering at me ha ha, I decided to put in back in my makeup bag and I've been using it everyday since the beginning of January, and I have to say it's the best cream blush I've ever used, it blends out so easily, you can build it up or use it with a light hand, it doesn't travel or move throughout the day and the colour is gorgeous too.

Sleek Contour Kit in Light
This Sleek Contour Kit is a favourite of mine all year round to be honest, but as I said recently I've been going for that dewy/glowy look so I've been using it more than ever. I love the fact that the contour shade is not orange or muddy looking, it's literally the perfect shade to contour with for my skin tone and the highlighter is one of the prettiest Ive ever used. I just love it!

L'oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Solution
I'm addicted to this micellar water at the moment and its definitely the best micellar water I've tried so far. It literally dissolves all my makeup off with ease and I never have to rub my delicate eye area either to remove eye makeup, my skin always feels so soft and clear after I've used it to which I love. If you'd like to know more about this little beauty, you can read my full review HERE.

Remington Pearl Pro Curl
I've constantly been wearing my hair curly/wavy for months now and the Remington Pearl Pro that I go for Christmas is the best hair tool I've used to create a soft, natural look. The tong shape is easy to use by simply wrapping your hair around the barrel and it creates beautiful soft curls, perfect for daytime and that last all day. I am going to be reviewing the Pro Curl in full soon, so keep an eye out for that beaut's.

What's been your favourite beauty products throughout February beaut's??? I'd love to know!!!
