Hey beaut's!
You may have seen a couple of weeks ago I reviewed the popular Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette and it's pretty much changed my highlighting life, my Mary Lou-Manizer has been put away in a draw and I literally never thought I'd see the day that would happen because that 'used to be' my all time favourite highlighter up until I tried Sleeks offering. Seeing as I loved Solstice so bloody much I knew I had to try another one of Sleeks highlighting palettes and it just had to be Cleopatra's Kiss!
The 'Cleopatra's Kiss' Palette comes in a shiny gold compact which is super easy on the eye and looks beautiful on my dressing table, it also has a well sized mirror within the flip up lid which is always appreciated and a tiny little brush for any on the go applications. Within the palette are four highlighting shades, two creams and two velvety soft powders. All four shades are within the golden, bronzed realm and oh my goodness they send me into glowing, highlighter heaven, their stunning! If your into super intense highlighter then you'll love this palette as well as Sleeks other highlighting palettes, they deliver such a radiant glow and luminous polish to the skin.
From left to right we firstly have Sphinx which is a bronze-gold baked powder, then theres Delta which is extremely similar to Sphinx being a bronze-gold shade however it's in cream form. The third shade within the palette is another cream called Dynasty, this is more of a bright champagne gold, it absolutely stunning! Finally is Goddess, this is another baked powder shade with a pretty rose gold hue and has some ever so slight glitters running through it, it's gorgeous!
All of the shades within the 'Cleopatra's Kiss' palette apply like a dream, I either use a fan brush or my smaller Real Techniques Setting Brush for the powders and both work well, theres never any fall out, their not chunky, they blend beautifully and the pigmentation and intensity is wellll....people in space can see me glowing put it that way! If your into your highlighters beaut's this will be the best £9.95 you ever spend, trust me!
