Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan | Review

From L to R, Before, After the hour, After showering the tan off.

Hey girlie's!!!

Personally before i tried Cocoa Brown Tan i was never a fake tan lover, i always thought it was just too much hassle, unpredictable and hardly ever natural looking for me so with all those combined it had put me off for years however... After trying the Cocoa Brown Tan i have been converted and would say its the best and my most favourite tan by far.

Cocoa Brown Tan by Marissa Carter is a fairly new self tan that exploded onto the Irish market and has took Ireland by storm with its fabulous results, affordable price and the fact that you can have a gorgeous looking tan within an hour. The tan has a mocha coloured  mousse formula with a lovely floral scent so no awful fake tan smell, its light weight, fast drying, non sticky and gives streak free results that lasts up to five days, what more could you ask for.

There's so many pros with this tan for me and not a single con, happy days. Firstly, the packaging is just gorgeous, i love its hot pink design and even when this arrived on my door step it came in a large pink padded envelope which just adds to the excitement for me. Then on to the application, i used the Cocoa Brown Self Tan Applicator Mitt its super easy to use and has a protective barrier inside so you wont get any awful stains on your nails or hands whilst applying, it blended in really quick and even with not a streak in sight, even my boyfriend said it was easy to use as he helped me get to the hard to reach places. After the application i waiting just over an hour for the tan to develop and during this time my skin never felt tacky or sticky which is one thing i was worried about but nope, no problems there and it smells amazing. Just after the hour i hopped in the shower to rinse the tan off and i was left with the most beautiful natural looking tan, there was not an orange tinge in sight it was just a gorgeous natural colour, it hadn't clung to my knee's, feet or ankles and was streak free, i love it.

I would definitely recommend this for newbies to the tanning world as its just so easy and quick to use, i love the fact that if your looking for a natural looking radiant glow you can just leave this tan on for an hour to develop or if your looking for a deeper darker tan you can leave on for up to 3 hours, the choice is yours.

Cocoa Brown Tan is available on the feelunique website and in selected Primark stores.

Happy Tanning Girlie's !!!

Glossybox March 2013

Hey girlie's!!! As i haven't done a Glossybox review since January i thought it was about time i done one again. This years Glossy box's haven't really been blowing me away if I'm being totally honest although this month my box is full of little treats that i know i will completely use up.

This months box is based on being City Chic and making sure we are well groomed at all times, the box has 5  handy travel size products to help us achieve this.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream- I was so excited to see this in my box as I've never tried it before and i know its well loved in the beauty world, the sample gives you 7ml's worth or product to try which to me didn't seem enough although i am told a little bit of this cream does go a long way, hopefully it was last long enough for me to give it a good try out.

♥ Juicy Couture, Couture La La- I'm a big fan of the Juicy Couture perfumes but i must admit receiving perfume samples in my beauty boxes drives me mad, the shear fact that i can go to a department store and pick these samples up for free is the reason why it annoys me so much, putting that to a side this perfume is lovely, its got a light floral but slightly fruity scent which will be lovely from the spring/summer weather.

♥ Tresemme Extra Hold Hairspray- I was a bit miffed but happy about getting this in my box, i didn't understand why we got a not so high end hairspray as I'm pretty sure if your anything like me i buy these boxes to try out high end products that i maybe don't wanna spend a fortune on before I've actually given the product a go, moaning aside i do really like Tresemme hairsprays anyway and this will get used, its just abit annoying that i can pop to my supermarket and pick up a can that are usually quite cheap on offer anyway.

♥ Nails Inc in St James- I'm so happy i got this, the quality of Nails Inc polishes are amazing and the fact i got this gorgeous classic red colour is just fab and always a winner.

♥ Jelly Pong Pong Lip Blush- The only full size product in the box and i love it, its basically a large chunky lip stain crayon in a gorgeous red blushing colour, for some reason i cant actually find the actual shade number or colour name to this anywhere on the product but i still love it. Its not overly moisturising but the stain does stay put for quite a long time for me it was a good couple of hours until i noticed some fading.

Also including in this months box is My Little Travelling Book which runs through some must see places to visit, its so nicely designed and had a shabby chic passport look to it and also has some super cute stickers in the middle, i think would be great to stick the little stickers over your Glossybox and create like a keep safe travelling box where you could keep all your used tickets or nice photo's from your travels in, all in all this months box is a winner for me as i know i will use each and every product i got.

Much Love Hayley xXxXx
