March Glossybox Review

Hey girlie's!!!

So its that time again... Glossybox time!!! I loved my Glossybox last month, I thought the variety of the products was great and we saw alot of full size products too which was a nice treat so I was looking forward to seeing if Glossybox had kept up the good work with this months box. This months theme is all about welcoming in Spring, and to celebrate the season change Glossybox have popped in some makeup and beauty products that will help us update our makeup bags.

So lets see the little treasures I received inside my March Glossybox...

Sleek Pout Polish SPF15 in Bonaire £4.99
The first thing I noticed in my Glossybox was this snazzy Limited Edition Pout Polish by Sleek Make-Up, it's from the Caribbean Collection and has a beautiful Coral tint to it making it perfect for Spring/Summer time use. I love Sleeks Pout Polishes, I have one that I purchased a while back and love it, they have such a lovely formula containing almond oil, shea butter, vitamin e and SPF 15, it really nourishes the lips and the strong vanilla scent to die for.

Dove Intensive Repair 60 Seconds Treatment Shot £1.49
I was super happy to see this little Dove Treatment Shot in my box, they are great to use when your hair needs abit of TLC and is something I never really think to pick up in Superdrug or Boots, it gives me a gentle reminder that they actually exist ha ha. I'll get around two applications out for this little shot as I'll concentrate most of the product at my damaged mid lengths and ends instead of all over my hair.

Bellapierre Cosmetics Shimmer Powder in Coral Reef £12.99
Bellapierre Cosmetics isn't a brand I'm too familiar with but I must admit this 100% Mica shimmering eye shadow looks and feels lovely. The shade I got was Coral Reef, a beautiful subtle coral shade that feels so lightweight, it's also great to use as a blush and can be mixed with lip gloss and nail polish too, I love a good ole multi purpose product.

Mitchell and Peach Body Cream £36.00  '40ml Sample'
The first sample size product of the box is in the shape of a body cream by Mitchell and Peach which contains honey, organic cocoa and vitamin B5. I do love trying luxury body moisturisers and creams so I'm looking forward too road testing this after a nice soak in the tub.

Vita Liberata 2-3 Week Tan Lotion 'x2 3ml Samples' £37.50
And lastly Glossybox have a chucked 2 samples of Vita Liberata's 2-3 week tan. Using pHenO2 technology, this advanced luxury tan gives a long-lasting, lusciously dark tan with a light, airy and instantly dry application. It claims to nourish the skin with organic marine and botanical extracts that allow the tan to last up to 4 times longer than your normal tan would. This sounds like a pretty amazing tan and the fact it can last up to 2-3 weeks is amazing, however it leaves me wondering if there no room for error whilst applying so this might be best used on a more experienced fake tanner.
Overall I'm really happy with the contents of my March box, it was nice to see a mixture of high end and high street and the 3 full size products I got I really like, I even think the Mitchell and Peach body cream is a decent size sample so overall I'm a happy Hayley ha ha.

What did you think of this month's box beaut's?? I'd love to know.

  5. Great review! My box was slightly different to yours although some of the products were the same. If you'd like to read it the link is http://www.lazydaysbeauty.com/2014/03/glossybox-march-2014.html

Lauren, I have subscribed and unsubscibed to Glossybox 3 times since it started. Sometimes the boxes are good (like this month's) but sometimes they aren't and you're left feeling conned. I've been a current subsciber again for a year now and and have probably 2 bad boxes, 3 amazing boxes and the rest all average. If I didn't get it though I'd feel like I was missing out!

    Great post Hayley :-)
