Today i thought id have a chilled out day as its my last day off of work this week and decided to make some Caramel Cupcakes. Don't be fooled these aren't completely my handy work, i had the help of the lovely Betty Crocker and her trusty mixes ha ha. I do usually do a lot of my baking from scratch but my father in law picked me up a load of Betty Crocker cake mixes as he found them for just 89p each 'bargain'.
