Barry M Colour Correcting Wand - Eradicates Dark Circles Review

Hey beaut's!

If theres one thing on my face that I really hate its my dark circles, I seem to have been cursed with them, no matter how much sleep I get I always wake up with that dreaded darkness under my eyes so a good coverage concealer in an essential for me to cover those bad boys up, however when I saw that Barry M now have a colour correcting wand specially designed to eradicates dark circles I just had to buy it to try.
Barry M's Colour Correcting Wand in the shade Yellow is a blendable cream which is to be applied before/underneath your makeup to help eradicate those pesky dark circles. The formula itself is creamy just like concealer and blends out beautifully with a beauty blender or concealer brush, it doesn't sit heavy under my eyes or go cakey which is something I was worried about, and I haven't experienced any creasing since layering this up with my other base makeup products either, woohoo. It terms of this actually doing what is says on the tin or should a say tube... well beaut's it works, I mean it's not a miracle worker that's going to make my darkness vanish never to be seen again (I wish), but it certainly does an amazing job at lessening the darkness around my eyes whilst also adding some slight coverage and really brightens up the eye area beyond belief too. If your like me and always use a very light concealer under your eyes to brighten and highlight then this little sunshine coloured stuff is what you need because it's sooooo good at brightening, I sometimes even mix it with my concealer too for mega brightness.

Overall I'm so happy this caught my eye in Superdrug because I love it and it works perfectly for me, anything that helps my darkness gets a huge thumbs up from me that's for sure. Barry M also have a Green corrector to neutralise redness and a Purple corrector to brighten certain areas of the skin, I don't suffer with redness so the Green one would be no use for me but I'm definitely going to give the Purple one a whirl next because I'm intrigued as to how it will brighten. But if your looking for something to help that darkness under your eyes I really cant recommend this enough, I love it!

Catseye London Summer Collection 2017

Hey beaut's!

A couple of years back I fell in love with the quirky website called Catseye London, they mainly focus on fashion and beauty accessories such as Makeup Bags, Wash Bags, Handbags, Purses, Pocket Mirrors etc all of which have amazing photographic designs on them, trust me girls if you love anything cute, quirky and vintage inspired your going to love this website just as much as I do! Since Summer is just around the corner Catseye London have updated their website and launched some gorgeous new bits with Summer in mind, so if your jetting off anytime soon you might want to give their site a little look as their new wash bags and makeup bags are gorgeous!
I've been using a couple of their beauty bags in the Etching Dog Collection recently and have been really impressed with the quality and how much you can actually cram into each. The Etching Dog Long Bag* (£12.00)  has been my go to makeup bag for my handbag, it holds the essentials that I might need to top up on during the day like powder, eyeliner and lipstick as well as a couple of makeup brushes, cotton buds, plasters and bobby pins, but it could easily double up as a pencil case as well. Then theres the Etching Dog Large Beauty Bag* (£20.00) which is amazing (and my favourite) because its so spacious and sturdy and can hold so much stuff, this is definitely a good one too have if have loads of makeup or lotions and potions to take away with you because you could easily whack them all in this, so perfect for me because I basically have to pack EVERYTHING when I go away.
Both bags are made out of that glossy, patent material which is great because it makes it really easy to wipe/rinse clean if you have an spillages during travelling, they also have strong, sturdy silver zippers too which keeps everything safe and secure. The designs and colours are so cute too, can we just appreciate the pop-art pup print (awww) and I love the shade of blue the bags have on them, and the black and white polka dots are right up my street.

Have you tried anything from Catseye London before beaut's? What did you think? I'd love to know?

You can find the Etching Dog Collection as well as lots of other designs on the Catseye London website HERE.

KISS Lash Couture Faux Mink Lashes

Hey beaut's!

False lashes are something I absolutely love but only ever wear on special occasions or nights out, I think they can pull a whole look together and can look absolutely beautiful against your eyeshadow work. I've recently been road testing a couple of pairs from KISS' brand new faux mink collection, I love KISS as a brand, their false nails are incredible and super affordable so I was interested to see what their lashes where like.

The KISS Lash Couture Faux Mink Collection consists of six differnt sets of super soft FAUX mink lashes ranging from your more subtle everyday lash to the more full on dramatic lash. All of the lashes in the faux mink collection have a knot-free lash band that distributes weightless volume and curl with a lush, softness like no other. Their layered up with multiple lengths, curls and angles for a full fluttery look without looking too fake and they are contact lense friendly which is great news for contacts wearers and can be reused upto 10 times when you look after them.

I've been giving two of the more dramtaic lashes from the collection a whirl... Gala* and Midnight*. The Gala lashes are great for a fuller, sultry look, perfect for nights out and large eyes and the Midnight lashes - which are my favourites - feature spiky edges and lots of differnts lengths which blend in with my natural lashes really well, they arent too long either or over the top either which I love. Both sets are super easy to apply and lightweight when their on and they really enhance my eyes which is great for me because I have quite small eyes so anything that opens them up more and makes them appear bigger gets a thumbs up from me hehe.
