September Beauty Favourites

Hey beaut's!

It's monthly favourites time again.... Who's totally obsessed with all things Autumnal already? I know I am he he. These next few months coming up are my absolute favourite, I love it! Anyway before I get into my beauty favourites I have to just add in a couple of TV favourites, I don't normally do this but wow, who's been watching Doctor Foster and Liar, I'm totally addicted! I still have no idea who's lying in Liar, is she crazy and making everything up?? Is he absolutely vile?? Who knows, but I cant wait to find out!

I have been totally obsessed with my Z Palette and my Anastasia Subculture Palette recently, my Z Palette has a mix of Makeup Geek and Freedom Makeup shades and I've particularly been loving the shade Grandstand by Makeup Geek (middle, far right), it's the most stunning rose gold/copper shade with a foil finish that can be used in so many ways, I'm obsessed!

Zoella's Snow'ella Body Mist has been my favourite scent all throughout September, its so fresh, bright and clean and is amazing for everyday, casual use! Technic's Metalix Eyeshadow Cream in Taupe Be has been my go to for days when I quickly need to whack some eyeshadow on a get out the door without the need for loads of blending, it looks so stunning on the eyes and it sets really well too and doesn't budge once it's on! Tanya Burr's Peonies Please Illuminating Powder has been my total obsession since my birthday in August, it's the prettiest blush/highlight hybrid I've ever seen or used, the pinky glow is just stunning, if you haven't tried this yet then you need to beaut's! Finally for lips I've been using Revlon's Black Cherry Lipstick, although it looks super dark in the bullet it's actually a lovely berry colour perfect for Autumn, you can find my swatch of it HERE.

September Beauty Favourites ♥

Hey beaut's!

I'm finally back with my beauty favourites today, woohoo!! I didn't actually realise that I hadn't done a monthly beauty favourites for agessss, but I have lots of stand out beauty/makeup products that I have been addicted to recently so I just had to share them in a post this month. I cant believe we are now in October already, I'm extremely happy though as I'm a huge Autumn/Winter fan, bring on the cold crisp days, autumn leaves, hot chocolates, knitwear, boots, candles and pumpkin carving!

Rimmel Lasting Finish Full Coverage Foundation in 100 Ivory

Rimmel really do know how to make a cracking foundation don't they... I've been obsessed with their latest release of the Lasting Finish Full Coverage Foundation, usually I would never buy a full coverage foundation as I prefer something much lighter but I was curious of just what it was like, I will be doing a full review of this foundation soon so I don't want to go into too much detail but what I will say is it's got great coverage, still feels lightweight, lasts really well, has a gorgeous healthy, dewy finish and is blooming fantastic he he. 

Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl

As you can see my Soap & Glory Smoulder Kohl is very battered and bruised but its well loved too, it's such a gorgeous deep black shade perfect for the waterline and because of it's waterproof formula it stays in place all day and I found it great in the summer months because it didn't run or smudge on me at all, overall this little beauty is amazing!

Makeup Revolution Flawless Palette


I've featured the Flawless Eyeshadow Palette by Makeup Revolution so much on my blog recently but I have honestly been using the whole palette constantly for the last few months, the shades are right up my street and are perfect for the Autumn/Winter months, the quality of each shadow is incredible and they are all great shadows to work with too as they blend out beautifully... Absolute New York Eyeshadow Primer

You may know from some of my previous reviews that I have very oily eyelids and if you are a sufferer to then you'll be feeling my pain of just how annoying it is, I've literally tried every primer know to man from cheap ones to expensive ones and some are OK but I'm still always left wanting/expecting more. Then a few months ago we had the American Stars and Stripes edition of Glossybox and within the box was the Absolute New York Primer, so of course I was eager to try it out and I can officially say its the best primer I have ever got my hands on, its incredible! It keeps my eyeshadow crease free, vibrant and fresh looking all day with no smudging or fading at all and its so easy to work on top of too, thank goodness for Glossybox ha ha.

Makeup Revolution Velvet Lip Lacquer in Velvet Rebel

During September I switched up all my lipstick shades ready for the cooler months and one of the shades that totally blew me away and that Ive been wearing constantly is one of Makeup Revolutions NEW Velvet Lip Lacquers in the amazing shade Velvet Rebel. Velvet Rebel is the perfect Autumnal berry red shade and has a gorgeous matte 'velvet' finish that looks absolutely stunning on the lips and lasts for hours and hours, so if your looking for an amazing liquid lipstick for the Autumn/Winter then Makeup Revolution have got you covered he he. Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent

I haven't used my Rimmel Stay Matte powder is agesss and as Ive recently used up my Vichy Setting powder I thought it was about time to crack this baby open again and my goodness it's like I've rediscovered it all over again, it just mattes out the skin beautifully without being too full on or powdery looking and it still allows your skin and foundation to breath underneath which I love.

Benefit They're Real Mascara

My birthday was back in August and I was lucky enough to get a little Benefit gift set which contained some cute Benefit miniatures, and within the set was a mini Benefit They're Real Mascara which is one of my absolute favourite mascara's so it goes without saying that I've been addicted to wearing it again everyday ever since I got it, it just makes my eyelashes so long and really opens up my eyes which I love, I'll definitely be buying another full size version again soon because I've realised I just cant be without it now.

I've really been enjoying wearing all the autumnal nail polish shades again and my current go to duo is Rimmels Salon Pro Lycra Nail Polish in Red Award and Barry M's Ruby Glitter! Red Award is a gorgeous, deep berry red shade and Ruby Glitter is a mix of pinky-red and black hex glitters suspended in a clear base with teeny tiny micro glitters in black running through it too, I find to two together work so well and I love using Ruby Glitter to add some sparkle on my accent nail, it just looks super pretty!
