Nanshy Flat Top Buffer Brush | Review

Hey girlie's!!!

I was recently asked by the lovely people at Nanshy if id like to review their Flat Top Buffer Brush, i quickly said yes as i was intrigued to see if another brush brand could compare to my beloved real techniques brushes.

I have to say my first thoughts of this brush itself before i had even used it was it looked and felt very luxurious and expensive and it also reminded me very much of Sigma style kabuki brushes. The brush has a chunky white handle that's nice and light weight, the brush has synthetic, cruelty free bristles which are densely packed and so super soft to the touch, this brush honestly must be the softest bristled brush ever!!!

The Flat Top Buffer Brush is a dense kabuki style brush that's perfect for applying and blending in liquid foundation. I found the brush was really easy to work with, soft on my skin and blended in my foundation in record time. I loved the finish it gave to my skin after i applied my foundation, it was completely even and so well blended but i did notice it made my foundation feel more lightweight than usual but that could be down to its capability to blend so well. I also love using this brush with cream blushers, it blends the blush onto the skin so well giving you such natural looking results. The only problem i had with this brush is when i washed it, i did lose 2 or 3 bristles, but then that could be down to me being slightly too rough as i never experienced any shedding whilst using this brush with my makeup but other than that i have no grumbles what so ever.

You can buy this Nanshy Flat Top Buffer Brush from beautystore4u.co.uk for £9.95 or you can buy the brush as part of their 4 piece Foundation Brush Set for £31.45. I think the price of the brushes is fantastic for not only the quality but also the results your getting when using these brushes. Overall I would definitely recommend the Flat Top Buffer Brush to anyone looking for a new brush to achieve the perfect base, i can actually see myself getting a collection of the Nanshy brushes going soon too he he.

Have you ever tried the Nanshy brushes??? Whats your favourite ???

P.S. This post contains a PR sample. This does not affect my opinion of the product.

  1. I've never heard of these brushes before, they look such good quality for that price. I love the Real Techniques stippling brush to apply my foundation but at a few pounds cheaper, I'd be tempted to try this! x

    P.S. I was born in Norfolk! :)
