Festive Yankee Candle Haul

Hey girlie's!!!

You may or may not know I have a very serious addiction to candles, I just love them, and as Autumn/Winter has finally arrived its the perfect excuse for me to go out and see what gorgeous spicy festive candles I can find.

Anywhooo here's the sweet smelling treats I picked up....

Cinnamon Stick Sampler £1.30

Cinnamon Stick is an essential in my house during Autumn/Winter, its got that gorgeous spicy clove/cinnamon scent that makes your house smell all cosy and warming. Cinnamon Stick is also one of Yankee Candle's 'offer of the month' candles, so it currently has 25% off, whoop.

Christmas Memories Sampler £1.80/Tart £1.25 *New Scent*

Christmas Memories is one of the new scents from Yankee Candle this year and it certainly doesn't disappoint, I love it and I can see that its going to be my go to candle over the festive season. It literally has every scent that you associate with Christmas all piled into one candle. It smells like sweet/spicy baking with a hint of mandarin and cloves, it's just amazing!!!

Sparkling Cinnamon Sampler £1.80

Sparkling Cinnamon really doesn't differ much from Cinnamon Stick, It's slightly less spicy and not as strong as Cinnamon stick, so if you like mild cinnamon scents this candle will be for you. 

Cranberry Ice Sampler £1.80

Cranberry Ice is a refreshingly sweet scent that bursts with the scent of frosty cranberry's, in a nutshell, to me it just smells like a pimped up version of the cranberry sauce we have with our Turkey on Christmas Day ha ha.

Snowflake Cookie Sampler £1.80 *New Scent*

Snowflake Cookie is another new scent from Yankee Candle this year and it really reminds me of the Christmas Cookie candle but Snowflake Cookie has more of a sweet icing scent, so if you love sweet sugary scents you will love to burn Snowflake Cookie.

Black Cherry Small Jar £6.29

I know this isn't a festive candle but Black Cherry is my all time favourite scent from Yankee Candle, I always have to repurchase it as soon as I run out. It has the most delicious rich cherry scent and it honestly makes my house smell incredible. If theres one Yankee Candle that id urge your girlie's to try its Black Cherry he he. The Autumn Tag

Hey girlie's!!!

It's fair to say i absolutely love this time of year, so when i saw this Autumn Tag floating about on the blogosphere he he i knew i had to join in, so here we go....

Favourite thing about Autumn?

There's so many things i love about Autumn, the fact we can get out our snuggle jumpers and pj's back out, the spicy scented candles reappear and the evening hot chocolates come back out to play, its just so lovely. I also get really into baking and cooking when it's cooler, there's nothing like a home baked gingerbread man or stew that wont make you love and appreciate that its Autumn time. 

Favourite Drink?

It's all about the hot chocolates and cups of tea with biccy's to dunk for me, although I do enjoy a gingerbread latte when I'm out and about Christmas shopping!!

Favourite Scent/Candle?

I'm a huge candle fan as it is, my house is full of them!! But in Autumn i love to stock up on lots of berry, cinnamon and spicy scented candles, it just makes your house smell so warming and wintry.

Best Lipstick?

I must admit I'm not a huge lipstick wearer in the Autumn, I'm all about lip balms to keep my lips nice and moisturised so they wont chap in the colder weather however, i do love the berry red colours on a day when i fancy wearing some lippy. My favourite at the moment is MUA shade 1, check out the full review here.

Go to Moisturiser?

I will just be sticking to my trusty moisturiser which is my 'Simple Rich Moisteriser'.

Go to colour for your eyes?

I'm all about the neutrals, usually i mix and match the shades in my Urban Decay Naked Palette but i just recently got a Mac Quad Palette so I'm sure ill throw All That Glitters and Satin Taupe into the mix as well.

Favourite Outfit to wear?

This is super easy for me, I'm all about pretty dresses with thick tights, boots and a chunky knitted cardigan to throw over the top.

Autumn Treat?

Hmmm my Autumn treat will probably be a nice new coat and some new winter boots. I've also been eyeing up the Mac Cranberry eye shadow too, naughty me.

Favourite place to be?

As cheesy as it might sound, but my favourite place to be in the Autumn is snuggled up on the sofa with my boyfriend watching a movie, preferably either the Harry Potter's or Home Alone 1 and 2 as they always make me feel all cosy and ready for the colder month's.

A Picture Tells A Thousand Storie's #24 & #25 (Sunday Summary)

Hey girlie's!!!

I hope you've all had a fabulous couple of weeks, sorry there was no Sunday Summary last week, i had a beauty review that i wanted to get up so instead of rushing to get two posts up last Sunday i thought id wait and do a double whammy this week. So your probably wondering what I've been up to for the last 2 weeks?? Well... I celebrated my mother in laws birthday which was really nice, we went out for a yummy 3 course meal and drinks naughty naughty ha ha. I also enjoyed some more of the mega hot weather we had in the UK recently, i think on one Thursday it was over 30 degrees again which is mega hot for the UK. We also welcomed the month of August... I literally cant believe how quick this year is going but i do love August, i have my birthday coming up in a few weeks and a nice week off work to look forward to and it cant come quick enough in my opinion. Anywhoo here's all the snaps I've taken over the couple of weeks... Enjoy ♥

A Picture Tells A Thousand Storie's #23 (Sunday Summary)

Hey girlie's!!!!

I hope you've all had a fabulous week!!! I started this week off by having some girlie shopping time with my mum, we didn't go too mad but its always nice spending time with my mum. We also had the hottest day of the year so far in the UK on Monday, it was like 30 odd degrees and i honestly felt like i was melting away ha ha. The big news this week was the birth of the Royal Baby, little Prince George awww, although the staring at the Lindo Wing door for goodness knows how long  drove me mad ha ha it was worth it in the end. I also hit 11,000 page views on my blog this week which is amazing so thank you all so much, it means so much to me that you gorgeous lot take the time to read and comment on my blog (big smiles all round). My Instagram has bee playing up alot this week so i haven't been able to post as much as i usually would but don't worry I've still been snap happy so here's my week'ish in pictures ♥

A Picture Tells A Thousand Storie's #22 (Sunday Summary)

Hey girlie's!!!

I hope you've all had a good and super hotttt week, its definitely felt slightly like we are all living in the Sahara rather than the UK at the moment ha ha. I do love all this gorgeous weather we are having right now it puts me in such a good mood when the suns shining, unless I'm at work of course then I'm extremely jealous of all the people who are out enjoying it when I'm not. I haven't been up to much this week apart from work, occasionally sunbathing, eating lots of ice creams oh and we also had 2 BBQ's ha ha... well its gotta be done sometimes doesn't it. Ive also been super addicted to Big Brother, i missed a few episodes at the beginning but once id caught up that was it, i was glued ha ha. Me and my friend Rebecca (check out her awesome YouTube channel here) are constantly tweeting each other about Big Brother we're terrible he he. Anywhooo here's my week in picture's  ♥

A Picture Tells A Thousand Storie's #20 (Sunday Summary)

Hey girlie's!!!

I hope you've all had a fabulous week. You may have noticed I've been abit quiet on the ole social networking this week as I've been quite poorly, totally out of the blue i came down with some horrid virus that left me in bed and off work for half the week (boooo) I'm feeling slightly better now although i think its left me with a chest infection so ill be off to the doctors Monday I'm sure!!! It also seems that Summer has finally arrived in the UK this week woohoo, even though i have been super ill and not enjoyed it yet its still nice to see some sunshine and blue skies. Anywhooo here's the few pictures i did take this week ♥

♥ I done abit of makeup brush laundry ♥ We welcomed in July and luckily it brought some sunshine with it ♥ It was all afternoon tea and Wimbledon this week ♥ Enjoying a Harry Potter marathon whilst i was ill ♥ My poorly self ♥ Alfie tried cheering me up with a rather large branch off our holly bush, the little bugger ♥ 

Sorry its rather small this week girlie's but I'm sure my Instagram addiction will continue this week ha ha.
