The Ultimate Triple Chocolate Cookies!

Hey beaut's!

Like many, during lock down I have been baking like theres no tomorrow, and yesterday I thought it was about time I whipped up a batch of the ultimate triple chocolate cookies! The recipe for these cookies is actually from my old Tanya Bakes book, but I thought I'd re-share the recipe just in case you guys and gals don't have the book and fancy baking some of these cookies for yourself! The recipe is actually really simple and quick which is always a bonus, and it makes 10 of the most enormous cookies!

Here's What You Need To Make These Delicious Cookies -
200g unsalted butter
300g caster sugar
1 large egg
275g self-raising flour
75g cocoa powder
a dash of milk
100g of milk chocolate (I used Cadburys)
100g of white chocolate (I used Milky bar buttons)
100g dark chocolate (I used Bournville)

How To -
1 - Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees or gas mark 6.
2 - In a large bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar and then add in you egg and mix again until combined.
3 - Pop in your cocoa powder and self-raising flour and mix again until a thick cookie dough has formed, if the mixture is a little dry add in a splash of milk.
4 - Break up your chocolate and throw it in and mix around with your hands and start to form decent size cookie dough balls.
5 - Place your cookie dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper making sure they are well spaced apart, I only done 4 on each tray as they really do spread out quite large whilst cooking!
6 - Bake in the middle of the oven for 8-9 mins, then leave to cool, and voila!
You have to makes these cookies beaut's, their just so easy and you literally have a batch of cookies made within 30 minutes, and the beauty of them is you can use any chocolate you like within them really, so go crazy hehe!
