Matte lippies seem to be huge right now and I have to admit I've been obsessed with wearing a few from my collection recently, its a bit of a shock for me really because usually I'm not the biggest fan of a matte lip mainly because of that dry feeling they sometimes have, but so many brands have been launching some amazing matte lipsticks and after trying out a few of Soap & Glory's Sexy Mother Pucker Matte Lip Pencils I just had to review them for you all.
The Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Matte-Lip Crayons* (£3.50) are a chubby stick style pencil that claim to give us an intense matte colour with a velvet-smooth finish, with a 3D Volume-Amp Technology which promises to volumise the lips without the horrible tingly feeling of the original Sexy Mother Pucker. Theres six shades to collected in the Matte-Lip collection ranging from pinks, oranges and even a vampy berry shade so theres certainly a shade to suit most! I have the shades Choccoberry - a berry-pink shade, Fire Cracker - a bright orange and my favourite out of the three Pretty Muted - a dusky mauve pink.
The formula of these Sexy Mother Pucker Matte-Lip Crayons is lovely, the pigmentation is phenomenal and requires no building up at all, they go on really creamy so theres no pulling or snagging at the lips, they're super comfortable to wear and aren't drying what so ever and you don't have to sharpen them either as they have a twist up mechanism at the bottom woohoo. The finish is indeed matte but not a flat, very dry matte instead these feel more velvety-smooth and I can still feel some slight movement on the lips when I rub them together, trust me beaut's if you love the look of matte lips but hate that dry feeling like I do then these Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Matte-Lip Crayons will be for you! As for the lasting power I got a good 3-4 hours out of each before I started to notice some wear, they did fade really evenly though leaving a subtle stain.
Overall I absolutely LOVE the Sexy Mother Pucker Matte-Lip Crayons, they are such good value at just £3.50 each, so easy to pop in your handbag and makeup bag as they are a great travel friendly size and the quality is AMAZING!

I love these! I used Choccoberry the most but i also have pretty much and the berry one which name i can't remember and i really like them all. Such a good price too!
