La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo [+] Unifiant Review

Hey beaut's!

I'm so into skincare at the moment so when I heard that there was some La Roche-Posay newness over on the Escentual website I couldn't wait to check it out! La Roche-Posay is a french skincare brand that are huge in the skin care world with their extensive Effaclar range being one of their most popular, its an anti-imperfection collection of products that battles against breakouts, reduces blemishes and just gives the skin a little TLC!

The latest edition to the Effaclar line is the new Effaclar Duo (+) Unifiant*, this contains the same original Effaclar Duo (+) formula but what makes this innovative and that bit different is that the Unifiant has a sheer mattifying 100% mineral pigment tint, which evens out the skin’s tone and reduces the visibility of redness.

The formula of Unifiant is lovely, the texture is super lightweight on the skin and sinks/blends into the skin straight away, it has a matte finish so you don't have to worry about oiliness and it's available in two shades, light and medium, I have the light shade and it matches me perfectly. After giving this little beauty a whirl I'm super impressed, I don't actually have hugely blemish prone skin, I do suffer with redness and of course I do have the odd blemish here and there some of them being quite dark, so I was keen to see if the Effaclar Duo (+) Unifiant made much of a difference and it did! The first thing I noticed was that my redness had lessened A LOT, my darker blemishes got much lighter in colour, my skin felt super smooth and the days of having an oily t zone had more or less gone unless it was a super hot day, it's amazing!
This is such a fantastic product that has really impressed me, I think if you have acne, blemish prone skin or suffer with redness you'll most definitely benefit from using this product. It's so good because usually if you have problematic skin you would layer on the foundation to help conceal things, but the Effaclar Duo (+) Unifiant can help you feel confident wearing less makeup and your skins being cared for at the same time too.
You can find the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo [+] Unifiant on the Escentual website for £14.00 HEREAlso at the moment Escentual have an amazing offer, if you spent £15.00 or more on La Roche-Posay you get a free La Roche-Posay Serozinc Spray which is lovely, it's a toning mist which can be used between cleansing and moisturising which is how I like to use it, or you can use it any time of day to refresh, help mattify oily skin, prevent excess shine and tighten the appearance of pores.

Have you tried the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo [+] Unifiant yet beaut's? What did you think? I'd love to know!
