Eden Organic Care Avocado Oil | Review

Hey girlie's!!!

Ive recently been trying out the Eden Organic Care Avocado Oil so i thought id share with you all my thoughts on the brand and the product....

Eden Organic Care is a company which supply 100% organic products for hair and skin, as i said I've been road testing their Avocado Oil which is 100% organic and contains nothing but 100% unrefined avocado oil, amazing!!!!! Avocado oil is highly valued for its regenerative and moisturising properties and is loaded with a variety of nutrients. The oil contains high levels of antioxidants, is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, D, E, protein, lecithin and fatty acids. With all of that goodness combined it means this avocado oil is perfect for.....

Hair

▪ Improving split ends.
▪ Restoring the hairs natural shine.
▪ Improving the appearance of dry and damaged hair.
▪ Increases that softness and silkiness we all love.
▪ Improves a dry scalp and dandruff.

Skin

▪ Treating lines and wrinkles.
▪ People suffering from eczema or psoriasis.
▪ Treating sun damaged skin.
▪ Due to its moisturising and nourishing qualities, its the ideal product for use in luxury aromatherapy massages.

The oil itself comes out like a yellowish/green colour, there is an ever so slight nutty smell to the oil but very light, nothing over powering or horrible smelling.

I have to admit my favourite way to use this avocado oil is on my hair, I've noticed such a difference. Ive been growing my hair out for quite some time and i do find the lengths of my hair get very dry at times. I simply pump around 2 pumps worth of the oil into my hands then work it through the mid length's of my hair, you can massage it from the roots if you like but if prefer just to use it on the mid lengths, i then leave it for about 10 minuetes and shampoo out with my normal shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling so super soft, healthier and shiny, i love it!!!

I've also found this works really well as a cuticle oil, i have extremely dry cuticles, even when I've had my nails done in salons they always say to me how dry my cuticles are and since using the avocado oil I've noticed a huge improvement. I'm not a lover of using oils on my body but i have given it a whirl, if you suffer from dry knee's and elbows like me your going to love this, it doesn't take too long to soak into the skin, id say a couple of minuetes or so and doesn't leave a slick oily residue like i thought it would, its just majorly moisturising and i felt the benefits almost instantly.

The Eden Organic Care Avocado Oil costs £14.99 for a 100ml bottle, i can see this oil lasting me a super long time as a little really does go a very long way with. The bottle also has a pump dispenser too making it easy to use, i hate those awful pipits you usually get with oils so that's great for me. Overall i do really like using this oil for lots of different things, mainly on my hair as it just works wonders but its nice to have the option of using this on my body too.

Have you used avocado oil??? What did you think???

Hayley
